The Rock In Talks For New Movie, Raw’s Social Media Ambassador, Mick Foley Profiled
- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is currently in talks to star in the movie, “Dan Minter: Badass For Hire.” The movie is being produced by New Line Cinema and is scheduled to go into production next year, according to TheWrap.com. The film’s synopsis reads:
“The film follows the eponymous Dan Mintner, who is described as the ultimate badass and gets swept up into a hard-boiled kidnapping case.”
The Rock is also set for New Line’s “Journey 3,” a sequel to this year’s release “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island,” with Brian Gunn and Mark Gunn writing the script, which shooting is scheduled for next year.
- Actor Dominic Monaghan (“Lost”), one of the stars in the new WWE Studios movie, “The Day,” will be the Social Media Ambassador of tonight’s WWE RAW and will be tweeting throughout the show.
