– TMZ reports that The Ultimate Warrior is being accused of scamming a collector out of $28,000 and a bunch of wrestling merchandise, including ring-worn tights. Sports memorabilia dealer Christopher Elias filed the police report in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

He claims he signed a $28,000 deal with Warrior in which Warrior agreed to sell him a bunch of merchandise from his personal collection. Warrior was also supposed to sign 20 belts and 10 WrestleMania posters that Elias owned. Elias claims he paid Warrior almost $30,000 but the former WWE Champion went MIA and never sent any of the merchandise. Elias is looking for criminal charges to be brought against Warrior and says he will also sue him if he doesn’t get back his money and memorabilia.
