Title Match Official For SummerSlam, WWE Announces Dividend
– WWE announced Friday that its Board of Directors declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be September 15, 2011, and the payment date will be September 26, 2011. (Read press release)

– It was announced on SmackDown that Christian will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton in a No Holds Barred Match at SummerSlam.
Christian vs. Orton is the first official match for the SummerSlam. It was also announced on Raw that a battle royal will take place the following week to determine the No. 1 contender to Divas Champion Kelly Kelly. The winner will then challenge her at the pay-per-view event.
