– TNA Knockouts Brooke Tessmacher, Gail Kim and Winter and former WWE Superstars Billy Gunn and Chavo Guerrero are slated to appear in a mixed martial arts themed independent film set for release in the summer 2013, according to a press release issued by SaintSinner Entertainment and Jaunted Productions.

The synopsis for Double Fury reads: “Double Fury is a martial arts action packed tale of two estranged brothers brought back together after their father is murdered by a megalomaniacal madman who’s looking for a volatile package in one of their possession that could destroy all that they hold dear.”

– With the retirement of Malia Hosaka, Traditional Championship Wrestling has announced that Mickie James’ replacement opponent at their April 7, 2012 show in Fort Smith, Arksansas will be Cheerleader Melissa (a/k/a Alissa Flash). It’s being promoted as the first time the two have wrestled a singles match against each other in the United States.
