TNA Slammiversary Fan Event Ends Early, Dixie Carter Excited

- TNA’s meet and greet in Arlington, Texas for Slammiversary this weekend was said to have been a disappointment. The event was advertised to be held from 7-9pm but attendance was weak and almost all of the fans were gone by 8pm. Some fans showed up late and found nothing to see and saw that nobody was around. Fans did enjoy the event as the wrestlers were very nice and took the time to chat since the gathering was so small.

- More comments from TNA President Dixie Carter going into tonight’s Slammiversary pay-per-view:

“I’m excited for this day to celebrate our 10yrs on PPV 2night. We’re honored & humbled by the support of the best wrestling fans in the biz”
