In 1990, NWA WrestleWar: Wild Thing was held at the Greensboro Coliseum, in Greensboro, North Carolina. It was the 2nd & final WrestleWar promoted under the NWA banner:

– Kevin Sullivan & Buzz Sawyer defeated The Dynamic Dudes (Shane Douglas & Johnny Ace)
– Norman The Lunatic defeated Cactus Jack (with Kevin Sullivan)
– The Rock N’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) defeated The Midnight Express (Stan Lane & Bobby Eaton) (with Jim Cornette)
– The Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal) defeated The Skyscrapers (Mark Callous & The Masked Skyscraper) in a Chicago Street Fight
– Brian Pillman & Tom Zenk defeated The Freebirds (Jimmy Garvin & Michael Hayes) to retain the NWA United States Tag Team Titles
– The Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott) defeated Arn & Ole Anderson to retain the NWA World Tag Team Titles
– Ric Flair (with Woman) defeated Lex Luger (with Sting) via countout to retain the NWA World Title

In 1995, ECW ran a show at the ECW Arena in South Philadelphia that would become known as “The Return Of The Funker”, as Terry Funk returned to the promotion after a five month absence. Here are results from the show:

– The Pitbulls defeated Chad Austin & Joel Hartgood
– Joey Styles interviewed Raven & Stevie Richards, leading to a confrontation & brawl with Tommy Dreamer
– Jason Knight & Paul Lauria defeated Mikey Whipwreck & Hack Myers when a masked man entered the ring and knocked out Hack
– 2 Cold Scorpio defeated Hector Guerrero
– Axl Rotten defeated Ian Rotten in a barbed wire baseball bat match
– ECW World Champion Shane Douglas defeated Marty Jannetty
– The Public Enemy (including Rocco Rock in a wheelchair selling his injuries from the “Double Tables” show) come out for an interview, but are attacked by Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko.
– Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko defeated Taz & Sabu to win the ECW World Tag Team Title
– Woman & the Sandman come out, & explain that Sandman cannot wrestle due to suffering a concussion against Cactus at the previous show. Instead, they have a large box with a mystery opponent, DC Drake, who Cactus defeats with a double arm DDT

In 2001, WWF No Way Out was held at the Thomas & Mack Center, in Las Vegas, Nevada:

– The Big Show defeated Raven to win the WWF Hardcore Title
– Chris Jericho defeated Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero & X-Pac in a Fatal-Four Way Match to retain the WWF Intercontinental Title
– Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley defeated Trish Stratus
– Triple H defeated Steve Austin in a 3 Stages Of Hell Match
– Stevie Richards (with Ivory) defeated Jerry Lawler (with The Kat)
– The Dudley Boyz defeated Edge & Christan & The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane) in a 3-Way Tables Match to retain the WWF Tag Team Titles
– The Rock defeated Kurt Angle to win the WWF Title
