– WWE’s Jim Ross and Jerry Brisco will be evaluating talents on Friday, July 22nd at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo, Iowa at a training event in conjunction with the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame. A show will be held later that evening with Brisco, Ross, Terry Funk, Hacksaw Jim Duggan and others. For more information on the training and tickets, contact Troy Peterson at wresshow@yahoo.com.

– Stan sent word that this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown had 35 minutes and 58 seconds of in-ring action, up from last week’s Axxess SmackDown with 6 minutes and 4 seconds of wrestling.

– Ted DiBiase and Maryse’s storyline has been continuing over on WWE NXT. On last Tuesday night’s show, a more aggressive Ted was disqualified against Yoshi Tatsu after he wouldn’t stop an attack during the match. NXT host Maryse, who was at ringside, got into it with Ted following a post-match attack on Tatsu. After weeks of fighting on NXT and RAW, Ted gave Maryse a week to decide between her job on NXT or relationship with him.
