Update On WWE’s Relationship With Twitter; Future Plans & More

WWE is reportedly paying a lot of money to Twitter, believed to be in the ‘six figure’ range, to be a part of the new features introduced by the social media service last week.

WWE will be one of a few select partners that will be able to integrate, audio, video and visual media within tweets.

A well placed source in WWE says that another benefit of WWE’s close working relationship with Twitter is that they’ll be able to better protect their intellectual properties and crack down on parody accounts.
