- As seen on Monday night’s RAW, they are promoting World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus for the new WWE Main Event show that debuts October 3rd on Ion. The official Main Event website Ion is focusing on The Miz, Kofi Kingston, John Cena and Sheamus. Apparently Main Event will feature top stars and top storylines from RAW and SmackDown, unlike Superstars.

- The next set of WWE developmental tryouts will run from September 28th through October 1st in Tampa. This camp is sold out and has been for a while. NXT head trainer Bill DeMott wrote on Twitter:

“Big happenings thus week at #tampatowers, NXT try-out camp …. Over 50 people trying to become the next #NXTsuperstar #DEMOTTCRACY”
