WWE Being Careful With Rey Mysterio, WWE-YouTube, Piper’s Son, Ring of Honor-WWE
- WWE officials have had Rey Mysterio working a much safer style lately because they want to avoid an injury that will cause him to miss another WrestleMania pay-per-view.
- WWE employees in the department responsible for removing YouTube footage were upset last week when the “fan video” aired on RAW of the CM Punk vs. John Cena Night of Champions finish. They have spent a lot of time lately taking down video from YouTube and they were upset because they saw the video on RAW as fans being encouraged to upload mobile video to YouTube, which they aren’t supposed to be doing.
- We noted before that Roddy Piper’s son Colt Toombs, a MMA fighter, is interested in joining WWE. Colt is currently training with Lynn Denton in Portland, Oregon to become a wrestler.
- For what it’s worth, WWE is said to have taken more of an interest in ROH and is learning more about the promotion.
