WWE.com Confirms Passing of Ultimate Warrior

WWE announced the following:

WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans. WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters.

We here at PWMania.com would like to pass our condolences on to Dana, his daughters, & all his family & friends!

Very sad about his passing, and just to inform before the autopsy, UW most likely committed suicide. Think: He delivered a long HOF speech, he made peace with vince & wwe, his raw speech “The spirit of UW lives on forever” and listen to the other parts when he talks about a man’s heart beating for the last time. I study this stuff so i wouldn’t be surprised if it came back as a suicide or something that was between him and God. Either way it’s sad, especially for his daughters.

Dude, he collapsed while walking to his car with his wife. You shouldn’t be saying shit like that, disrespectful.

Disrespectful? dude I wasn’t the only one who made speculations as well as people on twitter and some source sites. If you would read, his speech was very eerie to what seemed like he was either going to end his life, or making peace because he knew he was going. Forensic Investigation practice? Yeah man. This was 21 hours ago and I just read what happened. Either way I paid my respect as everyone else so the rest doesn’t matter.

Think you should stop studying ‘this stuff’, you’re not good at it, and you’re disrespecting the memory of Warrior

No way shape or form was there “disrespect” as it was speculation like everyone else has theirs too. So thank you

I just saw him on Sunday night come out as part of the class of ’14… that is surreal. I remember when his music hit everybody gave him a huge ovation. Never would have imagined this 3 days later. R.I.P. to a legend…

    Heartbreaking……… Simply heartbreaking…………

Mate – you really need to get a life. Not just the comment here, but the fact you comment on every post and 99% of what comes out of your keyboard is ‘eye rolling’. RIP Warrior!!

This can’t be real. Seriously? NOW?

how absurd. At least he got some of the recognition he deserved but this is the exact kind of nonsense that makes me hate life sometimes. How tragic.

I feel so sorry for his wife and two little girls.
