WWE Hell In A Cell PPV Results – October 28, 2012

Welcome to PWMania.com’s exclusive LIVE WWE Hell in the Cell Coverage. It is time to start things off with the WWE YouTube Preshow.

The pre-show begins with a recap of the AJ and Vicki Guerrero angle from Monday Night RAW.

Scott Sanford and Matt Striker run down the tweet from WWE Superstars and fans about the AJ angle.

Michael Cole is in the ring and he brings out John Cena for his interview segment.

CM Punk and Paul Heyman make their way down to the ring. CM Punk is wearing his new banana yellow T-shirt.

Michael Cole thanks John Cena for coming down to answer questions and John Cena runs down Cole’s smell.

The first questions is if John Cena has passed the torch to Ryback and Cena says that he just wants to see what Ryback can do.

The second question is what advice would Cena give Ryback going into the Hell in a Cell. John Cena says that strength alone cannot go it done.

The third question is whether John Cena thinks he could be Ryback. John Cena asks the fans and the majority of them cheer. John Cena says that he wants to face the winner of the Hell in a Cell.

The forth question asks John who his toughest opponent ever was, John Cena says that it was The Rock.

The 5th question asks whether John Cena will admit that CM Punk is the best in the world if he beats Ryback and John Cena says that he won’t.

The sixth questions asks what one word he would call Vickie, John Cena says, “Silence!”

The seventh question is from Dolph Ziggler and ask why won’t Cena tell the truth. John Cena challenges Ziggler to come out and face him.

Dolph Ziggler’s music hits but Vickie Guerrero is the one to come out. Vickie says that John is mad because he got his hand caught in the cookie jar. Ziggler comes out for a sneak attack but John Cena fights him off.

A preview of Sheamus vs The Big Show is shown

Stanford and Striker run down the rest of the Hell in a Cell card.

Josh Matthews is in the back and welcomes Sheamus. Sheamus talks about being the underdog for the first time in his career. Sheamus says that he has a Brouge Kick with The Big Show’s name on it.

A preview of CM Punk vs Ryback is shown.

The opening video is shown. It hypes the WWE Championship match and the Hell in the Cell match.

Michael Cole welcomes us to the show with JBL and JR joining him on commentary tonight.

Ricardo Rodriguez gives Alberto Del Rio his special entrance as Del Rio comes out in a $200,000 Hybrid.

A video is shown recapping the history of Randy Orton and Alberto del Rio over the past coming of months.

Randy Orton makes his entrance to the delight of the pro-Orton crowd.

They lock up but Orton goes for some quick strikes to the back. Orton launches Del Rio to the outside and hits a clothesline. Orton smashes Alberto’s head on the table and the ring post before sending Del Rio back into the ring. Orton goes for his classic stomps. Del Rio gets the upperhands thanks to a distraction by Ricardo. Del Rio begins to target Orton’s arm. Del Rio has Orton in an armlock. Del Rio has Orton in his armbreaker in the ropes and waits to 4 to release it. Del Rio uses his knees to smash Orton’s arm before locking in another armlock.

Orton with a roll up for 2 and Del Rio his knee smash to Orton’s arm before locking in another armlock. Orton his his clothesline combo and Del Rio locks in the Armbreaker but Orton gets to the rope. Alberto del Rio locks in the Armbar in the middle of the ring but Orton gets to the rope. Orton goes into the corner and Del Rio goes for his Enziguri but Orton reverses it into an RKO for the win.

They recap what happened on the WWE preshow

Backstage Josh Matthews welcomes Vickie Guerrero and she talks about the evidence that she has against AJ. Vickie invites AJ to RAW to see the evidence for herself. Paul Heyman comes up to Vickie to try to get her to cancel Punks match with Ryback and she says no.

Daniel Bryan and Kane make their way down to the ring holding the tag team gold. Rhodes and Sandow follow suit coming out to Cody’s music. Sandow has a mic and says that everyone agrees that at the end of the night “They Are The Tag Team Champions” mocking Daniel and Kane’s schtick.

Team Hell No vs The Rhodes Scholars

Daniel Bryan and Damien Sandow will stand things off. Daniel moves Sandow in the corner and hits a series of kicks to Sandow. Daniel kicks the Kitchen Sink on Sandown and tags in Kane. Sandow tags Cody in but Kane in the one to put Cody in the ring. Kane tags in Daniel after hitting several punches to Cody. Daniel moves Cody in to the corner and kicks Cody. Kane tags in and hits Cody with a boot to the head. Kane hits a bodyslam for two. Sandow tags himself in and hits Kane with a chopblock. Cody tags back in and stomps on Kane. Sandow with a necklock and tags Cody back in. Kane fights out of the corner but Cody assaults the knee of Kane. Sandow gets back into the ring after a tag but Kane hits a throat thrust. Daniel gets a tag and hit his signature clothesline on Sandown. Sandow and Cody are on the outside and Daniel hits a suicide dive. Daniel Bryan and Sandow are in the ring but Cody tags in and hit a running knee for two.

Cody tags in Sandow and he hits Bryan with several knees to the midsection. Sandow hits his signature elbow drop and then locks in a headlock. Daniel fights out of it and goes for the No Lock. Sandow is able to fight out of it but is sent face first into the middle turnbuckle. Hot tag to Kane who takes out Cody and Sandow. Kane hits his clothesline but Daniel tags himself in and hits his headbutt for two after Kane pulls him off. Daniel accidently takes out Kane on the outside. Kane and Daniel argue on the outside. Cody hits Daniel with CrossRhodes but Kane breaks it up. Kane is on a rampage and the ref calls for the bell. The Rhodes Scholars win by DQ but Team Hell No retains the championship

WINNERS: The Rhodes Scholars via DQ

Backstage Josh Matthews interviews The Miz and says that the bar has been lowered with Kofi Kingston as the Intercontinental Champion. The Miz hypes some other show called Doomsday Preppers during his promo.

Kofi Kingston make his ways down to the ring and spiffy new white trucks to match the white Intercontinental Title.

They recap how Kofi Kingston won the championship on WWE Main Event.

The Miz comes out through his Awesome blowup sign with a determined look on his face.

Kofi Kingston vs The Miz

Kofi Kingston and The Miz go face to face before playing a game of oneupsmanship, both men avoiding the others finishing move. Kofi sends The Miz to the outside. Kofi does a sommersault over the steps after The Miz launches him into them but The Miz hits Kofi with a boot to the head before sending him back into the ring. The Miz locks in a headlock to slow down the pace. Kofi fights out of it but Miz hits Kofi with a boot to the skull after pulling Kofi’s hair to the mat. The Miz hits his signature corner clothesline and follows it up with a double axe handle from the top.

Kofi gets some momentum back and hits The Boom Drop on The Miz. The Miz avoids Trouble in Paradise but gets hit with Kofi’s springboard body press. The Miz nails a neckbreaker but Kofi counters into SOS for 2. Kofi Kingston tries to kick The Miz but Miz grabs his leg and smashes it against his shoulder. The Miz begins to target the leg, stomping on it, and following that up with a leglock. The Miz takes off Kofi’s leg badding and locks in a half Boston Crab. Kofi tries to get to the rope and rolls The Miz up for two. The Miz gets up and hits Kofi’s leg once again. The Miz goes for the Skull Crushing Finale twice and fails. Kofi hits The Miz with Trouble in Paradise with his good leg for the win.

WINNER: Kofi Kingston

Matt Striker interviews Kofi Kingston in the ring and says thank you to The Miz for bringing out the Wild Cat in him.

A promo for Wrestlemania 28 is shown.

Kane and Daniel Bryan are arguing in the back about their match and about Halloween, ending the segment with the “I am The Tag Team Champions” line.

Antonio Cesaro comes out for an unadvertised title defense against Justin Gabriel. Before his match Antonio cuts a promo in Swiss.

Cesaro slams Gabriel to the mat at the beginning of the match and kicks Gabriel in the skull. Gabriel hits Cesaro with a standing monkey flip before Cesaro sends him to the outside. Cesero with a legdrop to Gabriel’s throat before hitting a series of European Uppercuts and mounted punches. Cesaro locks in a clutch but Gabriel fights out of it. Cesaro with a knee to the midsection while Gabriel is mounted on the top rope.

Cesaro hits two double foot stomps on Gabriel’s gut before locking in an armlock. Gabriel with a kick to Cesaro’s head and follows up with a top rope Lionsault before Cesaro counters with a clothesline. Cesaro moves Gabriel into the corner but he is hit with a Tornado DDT. Gabriel goes for the 450 but rolls through, Gabriel hits an AJ Styles reverse DDT. Gabriel spinsboard to the outside and is hit with an Uppercut. Cesaro rolls Gabriel back in the ring and goes for the Neutrailizer to retain the Gold.

WINNER: Antonio Cesaro

A promo for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Society is shown with Layla telling a story about her mother tragically dying from the disease.

A hype video for Ryback is shown.

Backstage Paul Heyman thanks Vickie Guerrero for cancelling the match but she didn’t and Vickie tells Heyman to Go to Hell.

In another unadvertised match, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara come out to face The Prime Time Players

WWE gives an update on Lillian and says that she is back at home but still in a neckbrace. We at PWMania.come wish Lillian Garcia a very speedy recovery.

Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara vs The Prime Time Players

Cara and Young start things off in the ring. Young slams Cara to the mat with a gutwrench. Sin Cara hits Young with a hurricana before tagging in Rey. Rey goes for the 619 but Young hits a big belly to belly slam before tagging in Titus who slams Rey into the turnbuckle before tagging Young back in. Young with a necklock to Rey and then tags in Titus. Cara is tagged in by Rey and hits a series of punches on Titus. Cara with a flying crossbody for two. Cara goes for another crossbody but is caught by Titus who hits multiple backbreakers on him. Young tags in and hits a back suplex for two. Young with a bodyscissors on Cara.

Young goes for the back suplex again but Cara revserves for two. Cara hits a series of superkicks to the Players while on the apron but is eventually took down. Titus is now the legal man and hits Cara with a slam. The Players with double team suplex on Cara for two. Young with a clothesline and mounted punches on Cara. Titus is tagged back in who yells at Cara to speak English. Titus with a suplex for two. Titus has Cara in an abdominal stretch as Rey tries to get the crowd behind Cara. Young is tagged in and hit Cara with an elbow. Titus is tagged back in and goes for a Hacksaw 3 point stance but missed. Cara with a hot tag to his partner. Rey with a hurricana, a seated Senton, and a Tornado DDT for 2. Rey with a boot to Young’s skull. Cara flys and hits Titus on the outside. Young tries for his gutbuster but Rey reverses into a 619. Rey drops the dime and picks up the win for his team.

WINNERs: Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio

WWE hypes their joint venture with The Rolling Stones.

The World Heavyweight Championship Match is hyped.

Sheamus makes his way to the ring with the World Title around his pale white waist. The Big Show comes the rampway in his hoodie. The champion and the challenger are introduced in the ring.

Sheamus vs The Big Show

They lock up and Show tosses Sheamus to the mat. The Big Show with a shoulder tackle. The Big Show hit Sheamus in the back and sends Sheamus into the corner, hitting a huge bodyslap. Sheamus is sent to another turnbuckle and is hit with another slap by Big Show. Sheamus hits a couple of punches and then takes out The Big Show at the knees. The Big Show goes to the outside. The Big Show comes back into the ring and his met with punches by the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus goes for an axe handle but The Big Show tosses him to the outside. On the outside The Big Show hits Sheamus with another slap to the chest and then sends him into the barricade. Sheamus is sent back into the ring and The Big Show pushes Sheamus’ neck against the middle rope.

The Big Show hits a huge side slam onto The Great White for two. Shot hits a headbutt and then walks over Sheamus’ chest. The Big Show steps onto Sheamus’ neck and then taunts him before hitting a knee to Sheamus head. JBL brings up the fact that The Big Show beat Hulk Hogan in his WCW debut. Both men on the outside and The Big Show launches Sheamus over the announce table. Both men are now back in the ring. The Big Show with the Nightmare on Helms Street for Two before sending Sheamus back outside. Sheamus hit his over the top rope battering ram move but The Big Show soon fights back with a superkick.

The Big Show is now simply tossing a beaten Sheamus around the ring. Sheamus begins to fight back, hitting a series of punches, but The Big Show grabs him and locks in a bearhug. Sheamus tries to bodyslam The Big Show but can’t lift him. Show hits a Vader Bomb for Two. The Big Show motions for the chokeslam. Sheamus counters with a DDT for two. Sheamus hangs the Big Show up in the rope and as he is going for his signatures punches to the chest the Big Show counters with the chokeslam for two. The Big Show goes for the Camel Clutch but Sheamus fights out and tries for the Cloverleaf which The Big Show counters. On the outside, Sheamus sends The Big Show into the post twice. In the ring, Sheamus hits an axe handle to get the giant off his feet.

Sheamus lifts The Big Show up for White Noise for two. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick but The Big Show catches him leg and hits the KO Punch but only gets two to shock the crowd. The Big Show has the KO Punch cocked but Sheamus ducks and nails The Brogue Kick but only gets two. Sheamus calls for another Brogue Kick but is clipped with a KO Punch. The Big Show is the NEW World Champion!

WINNER and NEW World Heavyweight Champion: The Big Show

That was easily one of the best matches of The Big Show’s career. Despite guaranteeing that he would be the World Champion by the end of the night, Dolph Ziggler does not cash in.

Backstage, Teddy Long long taunts Eve about her match. Zack Ryder shows up dressed as a witch and Santino follows dressed up as Lady Gaga. Ron Simmons makes an apperance and we have another “DAMN” moment.

CM Punk is shown in the back and he tries to get Vince McMahon to call off his match with Ryback.

Eve makes her way down to the ring with the Butterfly title. Kaitlyn and Layla follow suit.

They show a recap of the TanyEve Harding Situation.

WWE Divas Championship Match
Eve vs Layla vs Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn and Layla double team Eve. Eve goes to the outside to avoid them but is met with a clothesline. Back in the ring Eve is once again double teamed by Kaitlyn and Eve until Kaitlyn goes for a pin. Layla and Kaitlyn go at it with Layla hitting an spinning roll up for two. Kaitlyn and Layla hit a series of pins but Eve attacks from behind. Eve begins to attack Kaitlyn injured leg before locking in a leg lock. Layla breaks it up and hits Eve with a superkick and a springboard body splash. Eve and Layla go splits in the middle of the ring and Kaitlyn smashes their heads together. Kaitlyn locks in an armbar on Layla who eventutally fights out of it. Kaitlyn hits a gutbuster on Layla. Eve and Layla trade pins on Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn hits Eve with the Stratusfaction and hits Layla with a clothesline. Layla goes for a bodysplash but Kaitlyn checks her and hits a Powerslam. Eve is up top and hit Kaitlyn with a Spinning Senton as she tries to pin Layla. Eve rolls Kaitlyn away and pins Layla to retain the title.

WINNER: Eve

Backstage, The Big Show is interviewed by Josh Matthews and he dares anyone to try to take his World Title.

Another hype video for the WWE Championship match is shown.

The Hell in the Cell is lowered and your Hell in the Cell main event is about to take place.

Paul Heyman and CM Punk make their way down to the ring followed by Ryback.

Inside of the Cell, the champion and the challenger are introduced to the crowd.

CM Punk vs Ryback

As the bell rings, CM Punk makes his way to the outside to avoid Ryback. Paul Heyman tells CM Punk that he believes in him as he goes back into the ring. Ryback hits Punk with a boot and follows up with several headslams to Punk. Punk goes for a Tornado DDT but is toss aside by Ryback. CM Punk ties to rip open the door to avoid Ryback but The Big Hungry catches him and tosses him into the cage. A load Goldberg chant is heard as CM Punk hides under the ring. CM Punk hits Ryback with CO2 from a Fire Extingisher and hit a couple of shoulder thrust to Ryback against the Cell. Ryback boots CM Punk as he was holding up a chair. Ryback hits CM Punk with a Military Slam but as he was going for his clothesline, CM Punk moves out of the way. CM Punk hits his springboard clothesline. Punk hits Ryback with a couple of elbows from the top. Punk goes for a Suicide Dive on Ryback and they both hit the Cell. Punk with a neckbreaker on the outside and Punk hits Ryback with a steel chair.

Ryback goes from a powerslam but Punk fights out of it. Ryback charges at Punk but runs into the ring steps. Back in the ring, Punk locks in a sleeper but Ryback powers out of it. Ryback charges into the corner but Punk moves. CM Punk hits his running knees in the corner followed by a clothesline. Punk hits The Macho Elbow and goes outside for a Kendo Stick. Punk hits Ryback multiple times with the stick but it only seems to charge Ryback up. Ryback hits a back body drop followed by a Spinebuster. Ryback hits his clothesline and motions for Shellshocked, he has Punk up. Referee Brad Maddox hits Ryback in the balls and quick counts for Punk so he can get the win.

WINNER: CM Punk

Ryback destroys Brad Maddox in the ring. CM Punk and Ryback are on top of the Cell. Ryback hits CM Punk with Shellshocked on top of the Cell to close out the night.

    CM punk can suck my big nugget cuse we ll know that @feedmemore(Ryback) is gonna win, then @youcantseeme(john cena)will challenge Ryback to a wwe championship match, BTW im a big CEna fan FTW :D
