WWE Lawsuit Setback, JBL’s Joke On WWE Raw, WWE 2K14 30 Second Fury Edition (Video)

– WWE has suffered a setback in a lawsuit they filed in India against Reshma Collection for allegedly infringing on their copyrights and trademarks by using the WWE scratch logo and talent names on merchandise and apparel. The Delhi High Court ruled that WWE could not file the case in Delhi because they have no office or exclusive agent in the city. WWE argued that the lawsuit was valid because their programming airs in Delhi, merchandise is sold in Delhi, and Delhi residents can purchase merchandise from their website.

– The Toronto Star published an article about JBL joking about Toronto Mayor Rob Ford on Monday night’s Raw. Layfield poked fun, saying, “Up here in Canada, I flew through Toronto and had a party with their mayor, Rob Ford.”

“No he didn’t,” WWE Hall-of-Famer Jerry Lawler responds.

“Actually, no I didn’t. I’d be indicted by now,” Layfield added jokingly.
