WWE Live Results (6/13/14) – Saginaw, Michigan

Special thanks to PWMania.com reader Richard Hagen for sending in the following:

Hung out behind the building for a few hours before the show and ended up meeting Summer Rae, Cody Rhodes, Big E and Sin Cara.

Doors opened around 6:15, found our seats and got settled in.

Rob Van Dam vs Alberto Del Rio

Okay match, Alberto Del Rio is really playing a tough heel throughout the whole thing. Mocking the crowd, ripped up a sign, cut a dirty promo, etc,

Rob Van Dam finished him off via a Rolling Thunder and a Five Star Frog Splash.

Six Diva Tag Team Action is next. With the fans to either vote for a Dance Off or a Match. A Match won the vote.

Rose Mendes, Eva Marie & Layla vs The Funkadactyls and Summer Rae

Just a normal Divas match. Nothing too special, Funkadactlys and Summer Rae pull out the victory and celebrate by dancing in the ring.

None other than Paul Heyman comes onto the big screen with a promo about how he is not in Saginaw, Michigan tonight but his client who won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal is, and we are graced to be in his presence, etc.

Really liked they have personalized promos for each city. I assume Paul filmed a bunch of those for each different town they come too.

Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match
Rhodes Brothers vs Erik Rowan and Luke Harper vs The Usos

Match of the night by a mile. Many high spots from all teams, “You Still Got It!” chants directed at Goldust throughout the match, “Codys Mustache” also chanted, along with major support for the Usos.
Rhodes Brothers and The Usos shook hands and respected each other with The Wyatts acting as the heels. This match was advertised as Usos vs The Rhodes Brothers but I am guessing they needed to throw in some bad guys into the mix.

Usos keep the titles with a pinfall over The Wyatts

After the match, The Wyatts stood in the ring with The Usos and The Rhodes Brothers looking on from the entry way, only for Rhodes Brothers and Usos come back to clear the ring of the Wyatts Usos, Cody and Goldust celebrate in the ring.

Justin Roberts plugs some merchandise and leads us into Intermission.

Ryback vs Kofi Kingston

Actually a pretty good match, I expected a squash but was far from it. Both men with real good offense.

Ryback with the win.

Fandango vs Sin Cara.

This match was really focused on the Layla vs Summer Rae program that is happening.

Layla got involved in the match, only for Summer to run down and make the save to assist Sin Cara with the victory. Summer Rae and Sin Cara dance together in the ring after the match.

United States Championship
Kane vs Sheamus

Crowd was actually split down the middle. “Lets go Sheamus! Sheamus Sucks!” chants. I enjoyed this match, but I did not like that it ended with a quirky finish. Kane hit a low blow and the referee called for the bell.

Sheamus wins via DQ. Kane beats up Sheamus pretty good after the match only for Sheamus to come back and beat up Kane even worse to send the crowd home happy.
