WWE Main Event opens as Fandango heads to the ring with Summer Rae.

Fandango w/ Summer Rae vs. The Miz

Santino’s music hits and he power walks to the announce table to join Tom Phillips and Alex Riley on commentary.

A video package is shown of last Monday’s Raw featuring a dance off between Emma and Summer Rae. Santino grabs a microphone and introduces Emma. Emma makes her entrance and joins Santino at the announce table. Summer Rae looks on, disgusted.

Fandango grabs a headlock on Miz to start the match. Miz counters after an irish whip. Miz takes control after a corner clothesline and double axe handle off the top rope. The two go back and forth with the Miz taking control after a hip toss. Fandango rolls out of the ring but is hit with an unorthodox kick through the ropes from Miz. We go to commercial.

Fandango is clotheslined by Miz who follows up with a kick after the commercial break. The two go back and forth with Miz on the apron. Fandango throws Miz into the ring post and Miz goes to the floor. Fandango throws Miz into the ring for a pin and gets a two-count. Fandango works Miz’s arm in the ring. Miz attempts to gain control but is grounded by a dropkick. Fandango goes back to Miz’s arm. They get up and Miz hits a big boot to gain control. Miz starts his comeback with a series of moves leading to a backbreaker neckbreaker combo. He goes for the pin and gets two. Miz goes for the figure four but is countered. Fandango hits a hammer lock suplex for a two-count. Miz pulls Fandango off the turnbuckle and goes for the figure four again. He’s countered shoulder first into the ring post. They go back and forth with the Miz attempting a figure four yet again. Miz holds Fandango’s leg and finally locks in the figure four. Fandango taps out.

Winner: The Miz by submission, via the Figure Four Leg Lock

The announcers hype the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match. A video airs of Triple H being interviewed by Michael Cole. HHH speaks on Randy Orton and his series of matches leading up to the Chamber PPV. HHH says that Orton will face John Cena this Monday on Raw. Randy Orton vs. Christian is advertised for this Friday’s Smackdown as well as Orton vs. Cena on Raw, Monday. We go to commercial.

We’re back from commercial and Alberto Del Rio’s music hits. He makes his way to the ring. Reference is made to Del Rio’s incident with Batista on last Monday’s Raw. Zack Ryder’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring.

Alberto Del Rio vs. Zack Ryder

They lock up and break, then Del Rio beats down Ryder in the corner. Ryder fights back and sends Del Rio face first into the mat. Del Rio tosses Ryder out of the ring. Del Rio then throws Ryder into the guard rail. Back in the ring, Del Rio gets a two-count and then goes to a face lock. Ryder counters but is hit with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. USA chants break out as Del Rio beats down Ryder in the middle of the ring. Del Rio in control with another face lock. Ryder counters after an irish whip with a series of moves. Ryder hits a neckbreaker for a two-count. Del Rio gets up and hits an armbreaker. Ryder counters the cross arm breaker. Ryder hits the Broski Boot in the corner for a two-count. Ryder misses the Rough Ryder and Del Rio hits a super kick. Del Rio goes for the pin and gets the three-count.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio by pinfall, via Super Kick

The announcers ask what is next for Daniel Bryan after Kane beat him down on Raw. A commercial runs for The Best of Raw and SmackDown 2013 DVD. We go to commercial.

Back from commercial, Phillips and Riley introduce the Raw Rebound. It shows Randy Orton and The Authority’s opening Raw promo from last Monday. Orton explains how he is the main attraction of Monday Night Raw. Triple H considers putting faith in another superstar. Stephanie introduces the series of matches Orton will have to endure before the Elimination Chamber PPV. Highlights of Orton vs. Bryan from Raw are shown. Also, Kane’s beatdown of Bryan with Orton is shown. Another hype for the Elimination Chamber match is shown.

Big E. Langston makes his way to the ring. We go to commercial.

The countdown for the WWE Network is shown after commercial. Curtis Axel’s music hits as he makes his way to the ring.

Big E. Langston vs. Curtis Axel

A let’s go Hawks chant breaks out in reference to the University of Iowa, where Big E played college football. The school is nearby. Big E clotheslines Axel out of the ring. Axel takes his time getting back into the ring. Big E works Axel’s arm. Axel counters but is caught by Big E in a cross-body. Big E hits a backbreaker to take control. Big E goes back to the arm. Both counter multiple times while hitting the ropes but Big E hits a big clothesline. Big E runs into the turnbuckle but takes back control with two corner spears. Axel fakes a leg injury for a second and baits Big E in. Langston hits a belly to belly suplex. Axel rolls out of the ring. We go to commercial break.

We come back from commercial as Big E hits a shoulder tackle on Axel. Langston puts Axel into an arm lock. They go to the corner and are separated by the referee. Langston continues on the offensive. Langston hits another belly to belly suplex. Axel, again, rolls out of the ring. Langston stalks him outside of the ring but is pushed into the ring apron and then thrown into the ring steps by Axel. Axel throws him back into the ring and gets a two-count. Axel goes down into a chinlock. Langston lifts Axel onto his back and rams him into the turnbuckle. Axel hits a dropkick. Langston fights back but is put down again by Axel. Axel gouges the face and yells at Big E. Axel hits a backbreaker on Langston. Axel goes to the second rope to drop the forearm, but is countered by Langston. Axel misses the neckbreaker and is hit with a belly to belly. Langston hits the big splash and goes for the Big Ending. Axel counters and hits the Perfectplex into a bridged pin. Langston kicks out. Axel yells that he is the Intercontinental champion. Big E gets up and hits the Big Ending for the three-count.

Winner: Big E. Langston by pinfall, via the Big Ending

Main Event goes off the air as Langston celebrates in the ring with the Intercontinental Championship.
