WWE Officials Very Upset With Rey Mysterio & Alberto Del Rio, WWE’s Savage DVD, Merchandise

rey-mysterio4

- WWE officials are not happy with Alberto Del Rio and Rey Mysterio right now for working with the AAA promotion in Mexico. WWE is worried about being painted as racists, especially to the Latino community that they have been trying to create a new Superstar for ever since Rey stopped working full-time due to injuries.

– As PWMania.com reported, WWE will be releasing “The Randy Savage Story” on DVD and Blu-ray this November. The special Collector’s Edition box set with the new 2014 DVD, the 2009 Macho Madness DVD, an exclusive t-shirt, Savage bandana and sunglasses is currently up for pre-order on Amazon for $83.30.

– WWE’s shop website is running a Buy 1 Get 1 50% off sale with the code “TSHIRT50″ until 3am EST.

– WWE has released a new Cameron t-shirt in time for Total Divas. More new Divas merchandise is rumored to be released soon.

They are racists. No black wwe champ. There’s been black world heavyweight champs but no wwe champ. The rock doesn’t count.

    • Sandman

blame bobby Lashley for that im of the very strong opinion he would have been the first if he didn’t choose to leave for a mma career he would have been the champ
just out of curiosity can you name a top 5 of people that could have been the WWE champ of black skin that were employed under the WWE since 2000

      • Illy Ill

Booker T (WHC, not WWE though)
R-Truth (If they built it better in his match V Cena at Capitol Punishment)
Kofi (After the feud with Orton)
Mark Henry (Possibility after the feud with Batista or Taker)
Lashley (If he didn’t want to try MMA)

        • Illy Ill

Also, Shelton Benjamin (If he pushed for the main belt instead of sitting at IC Level), and MVP

        • bakayaro_konoyaro666

Booker, shelton benjamin, mark henry, mvp, marcus cor von

        • codys moustache

          Booker t was funny looking
          R truth the same
          Kofis pecs are dodgy
Mark Henry isn’t a great promo
          Lashley couldn’t talk.
Those are your reason they were never wwe champ. Not race.
Like I said, find a good looking guy with good body, great mic skills and safe in the ring and you have your wwe champion. Colour has nothing to do with it.

If you look back at ahmed Johnson. Wwe showcased that guy to the moon (tag teaming with shawn michaels for godsakes!), but what happened? Mouthful of marbles and wasn’t safe in the ring.

          • Héctor Pérez Tovar

So you have to be hansome to be a WWE Champ? because HHH and Randy Orton are Fugly as hell. Booker shoulda been a WWE Champ

      • bakayaro_konoyaro666

Plus R Truth’s first run in the WWE as K-Kwik. He was good back then, after he left the wwe he cut a promo in the indies about racism in wwe.

    • Monkey D. Luffy

We’ve had Ron Simmons in the past, but people argue if that was all just a publicity stunt to attract viewers and attention.

Currently, we’ve not hand a black WWE champion, sure we’ve had World Champions but that means little unless you are the flagship champion.

We’ve even had contenders for the title such as R-Truth, Booker T and probably the most recent being Mark Henry who has never won the title in his entire career and challenged Cena out of all people.

It’s a shame none of these deserving people never got a chance to grab the MAIN title, even if it were for a brief second.

Hopefully the WWE produces an wrestler of Afro-American descent and groom him as a WWE champion

      • codys moustache

Tbh the rock is non white. The reason he was champ is because he had what wwe look for in a representative for the company. If ahmed Johnson could talk and not hurt people in the ring he could have held the title.
Here’s what it takes to be wwe champ these days and it has nothing to do with colour:
Good looks, strong personality, great body, great in ring work. Fantastic mic skills.
The must haves are great mic skills, good looks and body.
Name a black wrestler who had all those things and then say wwe is racist.
Btw I’m not defending wwe but its fact that wwe has an image and reputation to uphold that gives their brand credibility. Race has nothing to do with it.
Furthermore how do we know del rio hasn’t drop a racial stereotype on black people before??? Everyone is entitled to their opinion but to label the whole company as racist is nonsense. Find any man of any colour who has those qualities I mentioned and there’s your wwe champion. Fact

        • Monkey D. Luffy

I totally agree with you, in fact, my points don’t disagree with what you’re saying and i’m not labeling the company as a whole for being racist, just certain individuals within the company

    • Being Benjamin

Yes Rock counts because he’s black. Rock doesn’t count, pffffft.. Now who’s being racist?

      • bakayaro_konoyaro666

The reason i say that is because the wwe doesn’t look at him as african american. Want proof? When was the last time that he was celebrated as the first black champ? Never. Plis how can i be racist when i’m half black.

        • Mark Charlie-Sheen Coburn

I dare say that as his dad is black and The Rock got his job through his dad that African American is exactly how WWE see The Rock

As for “how can i be racist when i’m half black?”, the answer is…..easily. However I should point out, I don’t actually think you have said anything racist, and i’m not accusing you of being so

    • codys moustache

      Why doesn’t the rock count?

  • bakayaro_konoyaro666

Seems like the shit.is.hitting the fan.

    • codys moustache

I knew del rio would do this. He strikes me as a bad ass

  • Monkey D. Luffy

They deserve to be labelled as racist for punishing ADR over that scumbag WWE employee who is still working for the company.

    Serves them right

  • codys moustache

Oh well I called this as soon as I heard del rio was fired. Lets see how it plays out.
Btw does anyone feel sorry for John cena?? He was embarrassed last night big time and I honestly can’t see how he comes back from this.

    • Yusei Asakura

He got the Ass whooping Stone Cold was suppose to get but never took.
      ..that’s how I feel atm

      • codys moustache

Looking back at that 2k15 panel I can see how cena saw this coming and so did austin. I some ways cena deserved it but I have to say I ve never seen any top star in wrestling history owned like that EVER! Not only is Brock the baddest champ wwe has ever had but the whole super cena thing is dead. You can tell Brock was taking the piss out of cena for real. Damn epic!

  • Yusei Asakura

ADR is the onyl one I really care about Rey on the other hand I hope he gets fucking nailed so hard.

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/TimPhilly317 TimPhillips

Maybe the WWE could quit firing people that stand up against racist remarks, that might help.

  • Héctor Pérez Tovar

Rey had his moment a couple of years ago but he never really had a story after the whole Eddie Guerrero thing but ADR had so much potential and the WWE looks really bad because of this incident, they fire the guy that reacted to another man’s racist remark?! I’m not saying anything against African-Americans but if the same woulda happen to an AA wrestler it would have been a different story
