WWE Raw Results – December 22, 2014

We are in Minneapolis, Minnesota and your annoucners are Michael Cole, John Layfield, and Jerry Lawler.

The stage is set up for Christmas and it is a good thing because we have a Miracle on 34th Street Fight between Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose. Roddy Piper will host Piper’s Pit with Rusev as his guest. Roman Reigns will face Big Show.

Santa Hogan makes his way to the ring.

He says that he is here to spread cheer along Monday Night Raw. He wants everyone to chant ‘Ho Ho Hogan’. Tonight, he will be giving presents to the WWE Superstars and the WWE Universe? We will see Big Show go one on one with Roman Reigns. You will also see Bray Wyatt face Dean Ambrose in a Miracle on 34th Street Fight. Whatcha gonna do when Ho Ho Hogan . . .

is interrupted by John Cena.

He says that there are some on the naughty and nice list here tonight. One man we have here is Ho Ho Hogan Claus. If there is one man who is as iconic as Santa Claus it is Ho Ho Hogan.

Cena says that he has done his best to be good this year and he wanted a Frozen Sing a Long until the main event from last Monday’s Raw when he was attacked by Brock Lesnar in the Steel Cage match.

John says that the WWE Universe agrees with him because he wants Brock Lesnar after what happened. John says that some would say it wasn’t fair what Brock did to him by giving him three German suplexes and then he got curb stomped. He lost to Seth Rollins last week, fair and square.

John says that he wants a match tonight against Seth Rollins. He says that he will be ready for everyone so he wants to know what Hogan will do for him.

Seth Rollins’ music plays and he comes out with Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble.

Seth says that he cannot believe what he is hearing. This is ridiculous. He did curb stomp John last week so maybe that is why he can’t see what is wrong with this picture. First, you are out here running your mouth again. He reminds John that no one wants to hear his voice. He didn’t come out here to disrespect John or Hogan. You are both legends in your respective eras.

Seth says that John’s time is up and his time is now. He is the future of WWE and he is the new standard bearer. If you want to last one more day in the Seth Rollins era, that is something you are going to have to live with.

Seth says that isn’t even why he came out here. The real indictment on this entire company is the fact that Ho Ho Hogan is running Raw tonight when it should be the Authority. He says that Hogan is a farce. Seth says that he doesn’t mean to be the Grinch, but Stephanie and Triple H deserve to be here with all they have accomplished in 2014 but they are at home depressed because they are sitting at home watching people like Hogan run this company into the toilet.

That started at Survivor Series when your team couldn’t get it done and had to get help from the Vigilante Sting. Seth says that he considers John lucky. He is lucky that he let John get up and walk out of the ring on his own two feet. Santa, if you don’t grant him his Christmas present, you might not be so lucky. The present he wants and deserves is to force John Cena to do the right thing and bring the Authority back.

John tells Seth to shut up. John says that Seth is putting the people to sleep. This year, you turned your back on your friends. You have lied, cheated, and stole. Now you have the gall to run your mouth against Hogan. If you come to the ring, you will get a present from him.

John tells Seth to come to the ring like a man or stay there like a coward. He says that he is not bringing the Authority back.

Hogan says that he will have to go with an alternative. Seth Rollins will face John Cena and that will be the opening match.
