WWE Raw Results – March 17th, 2014

We open Raw with Triple H.  Triple H says that it will be our fault when it is all said and done. He says it didn’t have to come to this, but now he is going to crush our dreams, the Yes Movement, and Daniel Bryan, and its all on us. He said at Wrestlemania he will finish him like he would always do to his opponent. He says he will say something face to face to Daniel Bryan later tonight. Out comes Batista.

Batista says that Triple H may have big problems with Bryan, but he has bigger problems with him. He says that he came back to be WWE Champion, and he earned it by winning the Rumble. He says he doesn’t want to be in a match where he doesn’t want even have to be pinned. Triple H says that Bryan has no chance on beating him. Out comes Randy Orton.

Orton says he agrees with Batista. Triple H says that there is no possibility of a triple threat. Triple  H asks whats the matter with them. He asks if Bryan is in their heads. Batista said not as much as Bryan is in his. Orton says he wants Bryan tonight in a No DQ match tonight, so he can show Batista he can do a job he couldn’t a week ago. Orton says that people didn’t care when he left, and they care even less that he came back. Batista says that the only reason people like Bryan is because Orton sucks at champion.

Triple H leaves and Batista asks where they are going. Triple H says that he is sick of everyone. He is sick of Bryan, and the people. He is also sick of hollywood movie stars coming back thinking they know the business more than him. He then says hes sick of incredibly gifted athletes who are so messed in the head that they can’t get the job done without his help. He then says there will be a triple threat at Wresltemania. He says when he beats Daniel Bryan, he will be inserted into the match!

Batista argues with Triple H and Orton hits him with an RKO!

The Real Americans vs The Usos

Jey and Swagger start the match. Jey hits a shoulder block and spinebuster. Jey goes for the cover but only gets a 2 count. Jimmy is tagged in and hits a forearm to the head for a 2 count. Swagger fights back and tags in Cesaro. Cesaro is taken down with a clothesline, and Jimmy stays in control. Jimmy hits a headbutt but only gets a 2 count. Jey is tagged in and puts Cesaro in a headlock. Cesaro gets out and hits a tilt a whirl backbreaker for a 2 count. Cesaro hits a headbutt and tags in Swagger. Jey gets a tag to Jimmy and the comeback begins. Jimmy hits a corkscrew from the top and Swagger kicks out at 2. Cesaro distracts Jimmy and Swagger hits a big boot to knock Jimmy out the ring. We head to commercial.

We return with Cesaro in control over Jimmy. Cesaro tags in Swagger and Jimmy fights out of the corner. Swagger however hits a big slam on Jimmy. Swagger hits the Swagger Bomb and Cesaro is tagged in and hits a footstomp. Cesaro hits a big uppercut and tags in Swagger. Jimmy fights out and tries to make a tag but Swagger grabs his leg. Jimmy hits him with a kick and makes the tag. Cesaro is tagged in and Jey begins his comeback. Jey however gets caught and Cesaro goes for the swing. Jimmy breaks it up and they hit a double Samoan drop. Cesaro kicks out at 2 and Jey goes up top for the splash. Swagger pulls him out of the ring but gets double super kicked. Jimmy takes out Swagger but when Jey goes to fly Cesaro hits him with a wicked uppercut. Cesaro then hits the Neutralizer for the 3 count.

Winners: The Real Americans

The Real Americans celebrate in the middle of the ring after the match. Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan tonight is official and will be No Disqualification.

We return with a replay of The Shield and Kane’s incident on Smackdown. We go backstage with The Shield and Kane. Kane says on Smackdown they all made mistakes. Dean agrees, but only for Kane. Kane says tonight the Authority need them tonight, and asks if they can count on them. The Shield says they can be counted on.

We go back to the ring where Hornswoggle is out giving gifts. Out comes Bad News Barrett. Barrett says everyone should look at Hornswoggle. Barrett tells us the story of St. Patrick. He then says he has some bad news; everyone will get drunk tonight, and realize they made awful mistakes tonight, and will regret it for the rest of their lives. Out comes Sheamus for ring action.

Sheamus vs Titus O’Neil

Sheamus starts off with a big clothesline. We are told Titus and Christian are in the 30 man battle royal at Wrestlemania. Sheamus hits a big knee to the head, and clotheslines him to the outside. Titus fights back and hits a backbreaker on the outside. Titus brings him in the ring and continues the beat down. Sheamus is thrown to the outside again and Titus attacks Hornswoggle and brings him in the ring. Sheamus gets back in the ring and throws Hornswoggle at Titus. Sheamus then hits the 10 blows to the chest, and then hits a powerslam. Sheamus then hits the Brogue Kick for the 3 count.

Winner: Sheamus

Sheamus gets on the mic after the match and wishes everyone a happy St. Patrick’s Day. Sheamus then announces that he will be in the 30 man battle royal for Wrestlemania. Sheamus is about to leave the ring and Christian attacks him from behind. Christian hits a KillSwitch on the outside on Sheamus and walks out the only man standing.

We are told Cena is coming out to address the Wyatt’s next.

We return and out comes John Cena. Cena says there’s a lot of energy in the building tonight. Cena says that he has been here for 12 years and that it’s not always a great reaction, but he always brings his best. Cena then says he is afraid of Bray Wyatt. He is afraid of what he stands for and who he is and that we may be listening to him. Cena says every man he faces wants to be the best. Bray only wants to destroy. He says that Bray is trying to convince us he is a lie and that he is a phony. He says he has been through too much and that he believes in who he is and that Wrestlemania is about believing and fighting for everything he has gone through. John Cena says he will fight for his legacy. The Wyatts come on the titantron.

Bray says that children believe that everything is good. He says that they are too young to realize that its all a lie. He says that the world gave him scars as a child. Bray says he could be just like Cena (Wearing his shirt). Bray says he can sell his merchandise and sign autographs and go home to his castle and plastic girlfriend. Bray says that’s not him and that he is different. Bray says at Wrestlemania he doesn’t care if he dies, as long as the world sees him the way that he does.

Orton vs Bryan is up next.

Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan – No Disqualification

Orton and Bryan start off slugging it out, with the crowd heavily behind Bryan. Bryan hits multiple kicks in the corner, and a knee to the gut after bouncing Orton off the ropes. Bryan begins to work Orton’s leg on the ring post. Orton hits a headbutt and stays in control. Orton hits multiple uppercuts, but Bryan throws Orton to the outside and hits a suicide dive. Orton then grabs a kendo stick and attacks Bryan. Bryan is then back suplexed onto the announcers table, and we go to commercial with Orton in control.

We return with Orton using the kendo stick on Bryan. Orton hits him again, and Bryan rolls out of the ring. Orton goes to the outside and hits a back suplex on the barricade, and the throws Bryan groin first into the ring post. Orton then hits a backbreaker on Bryan from the outside. Orton throws Bryan in the ring and goes for multiple covers that got two counts. Orton begins to stomp away on Bryan and begins to taunt in front of the crowd. Orton takes too long and Bryan begins his comeback. Bryan hits a dropkick in the corner, and a hurricanrana for the top rope. Bryan goes for the cover but only gets a 2 count.

Bryan grabs the kendo stick and hits a kick and kendo stick combination, which is finished with a kick to the head. Bryan then goes up top for the headbutt, but Orton stops him. Orton goes up top and hits a huge superplex for a two count. Orton begins to stomp away on Bryan, and then picks him up and hits the hangman DDT. Orton calls for the RKO but Bryan rolls out of the ring. Bryan then grabs a kendo stick and begins to beat down Orton on the outside. Orton however grabs a chair and begins to attack Bryan. Orton gets in the ring and Batista comes out and spears Orton! Bryan then dropkicks Batista and pins Orton for the 3 count.

Winner: Daniel Bryan

Bryan looks on from the ramp as Batista hits a Batista Bomb on Randy Orton.

We are told Paul Heyman will be out to the ring next.

We return and out comes Paul Heyman. Heyman says that the men that Undertaker has faced for the streak lately he has barely survived. Those same men have been destroyed and conquered by Brock Lesnar. Heyman than shows us a video package of Undertakers streak, and how Undertaker is growing weaker year by year. Heyman says the streak will be conquered by Brock Lesnar. He says the streak will Rest In Peace.

We go backstage with Stephanie and Triple H. Stephanie is riled up and Triple H says that he just wants to talk to Bryan tonight. Stephanie says whats going to happen to his position as COO if he is champion and is on the road 24/7. Triple H says he will take care of it and for her not to worry. Stephanie than says that he better.

Fandango vs Goldust

Goldust starts off creeping Fandango out, but Fandango hits a shoulder block to take him down. Goldust however gets up and hits an arm drag, and two atomic drops. Summer goes to the apron and slips after Goldust freaked her out, but Cody catches her. Fandango meanwhile takes control and puts Goldust in a headlock. Goldust fights out but Fandango hits an elbow to the head. Goldust begins to come back but Fandango keeps control with another headlock. Goldust fights out but Fandango continues to keep him grounded. Fandango then hits a suplex and goes for the top rope leg drop but misses. Goldust then hits the Final Cut for the 3 count.

Winner: Goldust

The Rhodes celebrate in the middle of the ring. Kane is said to make his way to the ring after the break.

We are told The Undertaker will be live on Main Event tomorrow night.

Kane is now making his way to the ring. Kane says that its his job to make sure things go to the vision of the Authority. He says that last weeks Occupy Raw segment was not appropriate and that he could not do it alone. Kane says that Jerry helped him and tells him to get into the ring. Jerry isn’t entering the ring and out comes the Shield. The Shield tell Jerry to get into the ring and he complies. Kane takes off his suit jacket and tie and says that they have known each other for a long time. He asks if Jerry has anything to say for himself.

Rollins grabs the mic and says that Daniel Bryan will not save him. Rollins than says that the Shield always does whats best for business. They then turn around and focus themselves to Kane! The Shield then begins to attack Kane! Reigns hits the spear and they finish Kane off with the triple powerbomb! The Shield stand tall over Kane.

We return with The Bellas at ringside.

Cameron and Naomi vs AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka

Tamina and Cameron start the match off. Tamina hits a big clothesline and begins to drop knees to the face to Cameron. AJ is now tagged in and puts Cameron in a sleeper. Tamina is tagged in and goes for the Samoan drop but Cameron fights out. Cameron hits a dropkick and tags in Naomi, while AJ is tagged in. Naomi beings her comeback but AJ catches her in a guillotine. Naomi however powers out and hits a powerslam. Naomi then hits a split legged moonsault for the 3 count.

Winners: Cameron and Naomi 

AJ and Tamina begin to argue and Tamina pushes AJ down. Both girls stare each other down as the tension between the two begin. We are told that the next Hall of Fame inductee will be announced next.

We return and are told that Mr. T will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry, and Big E vs Curtis Axel, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, and Ryback

Big E and Ryback start the match off. Ryback starts in control but Big E hits a big clothesline and follows it with a belly to belly for a 1 count. Mark Henry is tagged in and hits a big splash. Ryback is then tagged out by Axel but he runs into a clothesline and a big boot. Ziggler is then tagged in and hits a neckbreaker. Axel fights back with a knee and tags in Ryback.

We return with Del Rio in control over Ziggler. Sandow is tagged in and continues the beat down. Axel is tagged but Dolph fights back with a DDT. Sandow is tagged in and keeps him down. Ziggler is catapulted into the corner but ducks Sandow. Ziggler finally makes the tag to Big Show. Big Show begins his comeback on Sandow. All hell breaks loose and it ends with Big Show chokeslamming Sandow for the 3 count.

Winners: Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry, and Big E

We go backstage and Renee asks if its safe to assume that Batista didn’t quit. Batista says he has never quit in his life and that he doesn’t care who he faces because he will become WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

We are told that Bray Wyatt will be in action next.

Bray Wyatt vs Kofi Kingston

Bray starts off with clubbing blows to Kofi, but Kofi hits a dropkick. Bray doesn’t seem ill affected, and continues the attack. Bray goes for the corner splash but Kofi kicks him in the head. Bray dodges Kofi and hits his big shoulder block. Bray begins to beat Kofi with plenty of fists top the face, and then hits a a modified knee to the face. Bray hits the corner body splash and the Sister Abagail and gets the 3 count.

Winner: Bray Wyatt

Bray stands tall over Kofi as the camera cuts. We head to commercial.

We return and out comes Triple H. Triple H says that he needs to say something to Daniel Bryan and calls him out man to man. Out comes Bryan. Triple H says that he wants to say this specifically man to man. He says so much has happened between the two of them, and that he did it all for business. He says none of this is personal and it was all for the best of the WWE. He says that no one will understand the burden he has to make sure he does whats best for the company. He says last week Bryan crossed the line. He says it will all let is slide  but it just felt like this was all meant to happen. Triple H then says that he wont apologize at Wrestlemania and neither will Bryan, and that they will do what they do better than everyone else, but he will end it all. He says he will shut the entire Yes Movement down, and that’s what he has to do. He then says he hopes there is no heart feelings, and may the best man win. He offers his hand and Bryan refuses.

Triple H says he gets it and he has one more thing to say. He says that he has dumped everything on him since Summerslam and Daniel Bryan is still standing in the middle of the ring. The crowd is hot for Bryan and Triple H says they love him because he never quit. Hunter than says that Bryan has earned his respect. Out comes Stephanie. Stephanie comes out and says that she is pressing charges and out comes a bunch of police. Hunter and Stephanie begin to argue while the police handcuff him. Stephanie and Hunter than smile at each other and Hunter gets in the ring. Triple H says they are not real cops and begins to beat down Bryan while he is handcuffed.

Bryan tries to fight back but Hunter continues to attack Bryan. Hunter begins to throw Bryan into the steps and the barricade. Hunter continues an all out assault on Bryan, standing tall over him, mocking the Yes chants. Stephanie begins to slap him, and then Triple H hits a chair shot to the head of Daniel Bryan. Triple H ends it with a pedigree. Triple H stands tall in the ring as Raw goes off the air.
