WWE Raw Results – March 3, 2014

WWE Raw Results – March 3rd, 2014

We open Raw with CM Punk’s music! But out comes Paul Heyman! Heyman grabs the microphone and says he deserves louder chants than that. Heyman sits down and says that he came here tonight to tell us the story of a Paul Heyman guy. A Paul Heyman guy who was never truly wanted in the WWE. A man who people in the back thought was too small and did not have the look to main event Wrestlemania. A man who they never wanted then and that they never wanted right now. The crowd explodes with Punk chants. He says he is here to tell the story of a man who had the balls to say things that no one else has the balls to say. He says this is his pipebomb about CM Punk, who he says is not here this evening. He says if Punk was here tonight he would do what he has been doing all along, and that is be the best in the world. Heyman than says why is CM Punk not here, and why no one will talk about him anymore. Heyman says that there is a finger to pointed at to why Punk isn’t here and it is because of the people. Heyman says the truth hurt to the crowd, and thats why he always lies. He says when Punk was with him he was happy, and then when he went to the people he said he grew unhappy. He says the people would give him love and respect and look where that left him.

Heyman than says he also blames the Undertaker. He says the downward spiral started with Punk not defeating the Undertaker. Heyman says he wants revenge on Undertaker, and the only way to do it is to end the streak. He then says the only man to do this is Brock Lesnar. Out comes Brock. Heyman shows a video of Taker chokeslamming Brock. Brock grabs the mic and says that he doesn’t make claims that he can’t back up. He says Undertaker is scared and that many have fallen to him, including CM Punk. He says the streak will end by him, and drops the microphone.

Brock is about to leave and out comes Mark Henry! Henry and Lesnar go at it, with Lesnar throwing him into the steps. Lesnar hits Henry with the steel steps, and begins to break apart the table. Brock Lesnar picks Henry up and delivers an F-5 through the table! Lesnar stands tall and as expected, the CM Punk chants continue.

The crowd begins to chant Yes. Bryan says he will not leave this ring unless two things happen: Batista comes out to fight, or unless Triple H comes down to give him an answer. Out comes Triple H and Stephanie.

Stephanie says that Bryan should be embarrassed for his losses. Bryan says he can dodge the question, but he won’t stop. He says for the past 6 months he has been screwed. He says he still stands here unbroken with the people behind him. He says he is stronger than ever, and asks for the match again. Triple H says that match isn’t going to happen. He says why can’t he just accept his failures. Triple H calls this the Excuses Era. He says everyone says that someone held them down, and in reality they just aren’t good enough. He says Bryan’s reality is that he is a B+ player, but that is not good enough for him to lace up his boots. Bryan says the people get it. He says the people can see through Triple H’s lies. He says he doesn’t listen to the people, and the only way for him to listen is for him to beat the crap out of Triple H. Stephanie says there is no reason to listen to the people. Stephanie says without them he would be nothing. She says they made him. Bryan says maybe Stephanie should lace up the boots if she wants to talk to much. Triple H says she would kick his ass too, but none of this is going to happen. He says he is not going to take any of this bait. He says Wrestlemania is the Showcase of Immortals, and he doesn’t measure up. He then tells Bryan to get out of his ring. Bryan says this isn’t his ring, but its the peoples ring.

Triple H says everything in this ring including Bryan belongs to him, and tells him to leave again. Bryan tells him to make him, and out comes Kane. Bryan hits a suicide dive on Kane, and security come out to take out Bryan. Bryan vs Batista will happen later tonight.

Cena will address the Wyatt Family up next.

Cena makes his way to the ring. Cena’s leg is taped up and he is walking gingerly. Cena says that last week he was injured by the Wyatts, and that he will not be competing tonight. Cena says that even though he isn’t competing, he still wanted to come out here. He wanted to come out to here the crowd and the passion of an entire city. He says this place means a lot to him. He knows him and Chicago haven’t gotten along, he still respects this city. Cena says he knows the people want change, and that he respects that. He then says that change will have to go through him. He then specifically targets out Bray, with the Wyatts then cutting to the tron.

  • codys moustache

Poor big E. not over yet bro!

    • Bryan Thomas

      Fuck him.

  • Jesse Reid

I’m already tired of Christian and Sheamus’s rivalry too. If they put that match on the WM card I’ll be pretty upset. WWE just keeps driving me away. Except the Usos winning the titles, that was cool.

  • Retro_Smoke

Reports are saying that CM Punk was found passed out backstage. Apparently he was supposed to return during DBs match. It must be chaos backstage. Let the speculation and conspiracies begin.

    • Mario Cardone

Wha? Or not, thats clearly false. How about a lady got hit in the face with a TV by botch lesnar for reports.

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/TimPhilly317 TimPhillips

These CM Punk chants are becoming really obnoxious. It’s nice to hear a crowd make noise but enough is enough…and no, I’m not trolling, I really think the fans are being tools tonight.

    • Mario Cardone

Nope. Never enough. They did give the men who deserved respect, the respect that they deserved. Also these punk chants are about more than just cm punk. Nothing we can do as fans except yell and chant our little hearts out. Also the crowd chants/cheering whatever isn’t useless. Because of the crowd response, wwe was forced to change batista into a heel, and potentially put bryan in the title picture though at this point that looks highly doubtful. Instead WWE will make the poor decisions of having matchs nobody cares about. HHH on raw said “showcase of the immortals” I immediately laughed. I had a chance to go to last years mania, I sold my 2 900 dollar amazing seats, for 800 or less.

      • 315fedowl

        Showcase of the immobiles?

  • Bryan Thomas

The bellas are just two too awful thundercunts

  • luke1992

Listen to the crowd when’d became out almost blew the roof off

    • luke1992

well no need to uninstalling the app lol

      • Bryan Thomas

        I’m unintalling my love lol

        • luke1992

          hahah lol missed a letter

          • Mario Cardone

Uninstall? Please I barely knew that thing exists.

  • Adam Morgan

is there a place to watch online?

  • luke1992

HHh needs to grow a pair and fight db at wrestle maina

  • Bryan Thomas

    Chicago loves ziggler

    • luke1992

      Didn’t like the authority

    • Necro

Chicago loves people that deserve to be loved.

      • Bryan Thomas

Well why were they chanting for roman?

        • Necro

He deserves it lol, future big guy

          • Bryan Thomas

That’s not the way i see it. He got handed a survivor series and royal rumble highlight. He will be handed everything.

          • Mario Cardone

Handed is a harsh word for roman in WWE. Mainly because, well you know, but I’ll say it anyway. WWE likes a guy, they hand them things, good or not. The real good guys, punk, bryan, ziggler to name a few recently, work their ass off and barely get shit. I like roman just as much as most of the other guys, so for WWE to hand him those… its almost like a FINALLY WWE sees potential in the right guy. Now if only they know how to handle it. I honestly predict they fuck everything up, they fuck the shield, the wyatts, any and every NXT wrestler, even bryan up. They have been sitting on a gold mine in bryan for months, with A storyline that clearly has nothing to do with him while he lingers around. Even punk has been going no where since that dragged out heyman storyline. But no, The rock has to be champion for 1 john cena storyline. Orton has to be champion for this dragged out week by week new script of a storyline in HHH. Thats how sad it is, orton is only champ by default, DEFAULT! Next is batista by default/return.

          • Bryan Thomas

All i see in reigns is a better coordinated john cena. Nothing more than a football reject who came and learned a few cool moves and thought that was all he needed to learn. He has some good moves in his offence to cover up for the technical skills that he lack, but when you think about it, all he does is a powermove, and then roars. A couple of punches and then roar. But no reversals, no decent holds or locks, no sequencing. I mean he has a spear, a flying clothesline, and a superman punch…….yet all three moves share the same set up which makes no sense. That would be like if daniel bryan applies a crippler crossface and rings of saturn before applying the yes lock. It would just make no sense. I’m not sold on him. But he’s suppose to be the next cena, which means all of you who are praising him today will be hating him tomorrow and i’ll just be spectating from a distance as it happens

          • Bryan Thomas

If they’re going to have a face of the company who buries his opponents, at least let the face be someone who’s actually just as skilled or better than who he’s burying. And saying that he’s better than ambrose is like saying bobby lashley is better than william regal.

          • Chris Roy

What you talking about with Punk. He was handed a 400 something day reign as Champion. The longest in years. Feuded with the biggest and best and considered 2nd top guy in the company.

But yeah he barely got shit.

He’s coming across as a baby and selfish man quite frankly, and a bit of an idiot for walking out on a WM payday.

            Good riddance.

  • luke1992

Paul bearer in the hof about time. We’ll done and congrats the the late great Paul bearer

  • luke1992

No punk lol well let’s see if the crowd will hijack the show in the next 20 mims

  • luke1992

Cena is talking a load of garbage once again

  • luke1992

We want punk we want punk we want punk

  • luke1992

This match won’t last long lol

  • Leilah Publications

    $100 Punk interrupts.

    • luke1992

We’ll raw is running over so it will either be punk or orton. But make that 500

    • luke1992

More than that lol 300. Be pissed off if he doesn’t turn up

  • luke1992

    4 way braw 100

  • Leilah Publications

If he doesn’t then WWE just pulled off an epic troll over all of us.

    • luke1992

      we were screwed

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/TimPhilly317 TimPhillips

Did I hear an “overrated” chant for Batista? Nice…I haven’t heard that one before.

  • Leilah Publications

Show is waaay past time something’s amiss…possibly behind the scenes?

    • luke1992

prob was just to screw DB and the totally uncalled assult by boooista and hhh

  • Leilah Publications

    Wow…he’s…really…not…coming…back. Epic WWE trolling wins…

  • Kala Lina

    So DB got his. Answer

    • luke1992

come on if hhh is the man he says he is he could of done it like a man

  • Lakereric

How many times do we have to see the same shit? Brock over Henry. Authority beating down Bryan. It’s like I’ve rewatched the same show from last week with a few tweaks. LOL. Anyone who bought the WWE network is a sell-out who doesn’t want change.

    • luke1992

same sick of all the heels most of the time taking over come on there are a few faces that desereve good time not to be screwed

      • Bryan Thomas

And the heels aren’t even good heels lol

        • Lakereric

Completely agree! Mix it up a bit! A little back and forth please! I get it HHH!! You’re dominant in your own bleepin mind!

          • luke1992

seems like it should be called heel monday night raw

    • Chris Roy

      A sell out lol

Yet you still seem to be tuning into RAW, hmmmmm.

I bought the WWE Network and I’m loving it because I’m a wrestling fan and enjoy watching Wrestling. Simple as.

If that makes me a sell out, then great :)

      • Lakereric

I read the results here until things change. yes, you’re a defensive SELLOUT

        • Chris Roy

          Cool.

I’ll go enjoy the WWE Network now.

  • Leilah Publications

Lol WWE hijacked Chicago’s CM Punk fans. Kudos to him for standing up to Vince at least.

    • luke1992

bastards lol come on punks own home town i thought the crowd was to hijack raw not the other way around

  • Bryan Thomas

Well i can’t be mad because i wasn’t surprised. I’m not even mad. I’ve witnessed the demise of sandow, ziggler and punk walked out. I just don’t wanna see rollins and ambrose see the same fate. I should stop watching while i’m ahead, but i’ll just tough it out until the end of the year

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/TimPhilly317 TimPhillips

Food for thought…maybe CM Punk was going to return but it was nixed at the last minute due to the leak (aka rumor). It’s purely speculation on my part but who knows…maybe someone in the WWE gets butthurt about plans leaking out and decides to abandon them completely.

    • luke1992

but there has been may rumors with other superstars and they still bring them back so whats the difference with punk

      • Mario Cardone

Speculation, Maybe Punk himself didn’t want to come back to send an even bigger message. Punk back = Happy crowd, happy fans, back to normal. No punk in chicago means serious business.

    • Chris Roy

Maybe WWE leaked the CM Punk rumours to troll the trolls?

I wouldn’t be surprised, they can be masters at trolling when they want to be.

  • attitude #SuckIt

Fuck hhh and fake boob bitch

    • luke1992

      yup

  • luke1992

the real americans almost broke up lol

    • 315fedowl

Will they break up next week? Tune into RAW to find out! It’s gonna be the most important night in the history of our sport!

      • luke1992

lol not really fussed about it if 1 turns face im ok with that

  • luke1992

well that raw was pretty crap

  • James Humwood

lol I wanna be mad but wwe pulled off the ultimate troll. they tease punk then just like flipped off the fans. I think for sure we can say the walkout was 100% legit. if it wasn’t then why wasn’t punk at the raw in his hometown of all places.

    • Trav815

But why flip off the fans who quote wanted to hijack the show? There are fans out there that like the show and are just enjoying the ride and wanted Punk back and they just got screwed around with to.

  • Tasaman1

Well l tried to have faith but tonight just told me that what everybody has been saying for years is true: WWE are the biggest trolls ever.

    • luke1992

they really dont know what is really best for business

  • luke1992

hahah every 1 was cheering when cena said he wasnt in a match good for the crowd they know whats best

  • Josh

It’s legit. His gone so stop buying into the dozen of articles they post about him daily. They have nothing else to write about so they fill in the slow news days with pointless cm punk articles. HIS GONE. Probably just waiting out until his contract expires so he can join roh. And wwe are just still cashing on his name while they can. Probably leaked his return yesterday so chicago fans would still buy his merch up for the show tonight

  • sunil kumar bhargava

What a shame hhh and stephaine bigman? Resign. You cannot handle the fights free and fair. Are wwe board of directors sleeping? What a shame? Rating 2.01

  • Tasaman1

God please let WWE’s creative team rot in eternal hell for all of their trolling.

  • Bryan Thomas

I guess i’ll just listen to system of a down and punch the bag tonight lmao

  • luke1992

well there was no punk and there wasnt a riot lol

  • cj

Sheamus vs Christian would be an interesting hardcore match, extreme rules match or whatever wwe wants to call it.

    • luke1992

an ireland bar fight match lol favour sheamus

  • hisfirewithin

*sigh* Jeff Jarrett cannot get his crap together fast enough. I just watched a company mock it’s fans. It goes well beyond a storyline. This is a power struggle, and the people who pay into this system by filling their arenas, buying their merch, and buying the network are only encouraging this. If this industry doesn’t get some competition going with some serious money, tv exposure, good booking, A-list talent, and good production values, it is going to die. Having Heyman come out to Punk’s titantron is just an example of the brash narcissism that has infected Stamford. That wasn’t just an angle to bring some heat and promote a match. That was flat out pissing on Punk’s tombstone. After tonight, I’d love to see Punk be Jeff Jarrett’s first major acquisition and have him show up on the first TV show.

And yes, I’m finally convinced it’s not a work. If they were going to pay it off leading to Wrestlemania, tonight was the night.

I’ve watched WWE for 16 years and I love it, always will. But I have a right to be pissed off. I’m tired of being screwed around with. Why troll your own audience? Loyal people who spend money on your company, have spent years of their lives watching your product and you act like its funny to yank them around. Enough with it.

You WANT to see Brock-Taker? Maybe for some perverse “How bad can it be?” entertainment, sure, but as a proper match?
