WWE Reaches A Deal With The Ultimate Warrior, Latest On Chris Benoit & The WWE Network

– The Ultimate Warrior and WWE have reached an agreement. It’s likely for the 2014 Hall of Fame but that’s still not confirmed. The only thing we know right now is that there is an existing business relationship between the two sides that will likely lead to something at WrestleMania XXX weekend.

– As PWMania.com reported, the WWE Network will show Chris Benoit footage but an advisory message will be shown before he appears. In an update, word is that any show that features Benoit will have the advisory message that plays at the beginning, stating that all characters on this show are purely fictional.

    Wait Benoit is fictional now?

  • Tracy Smith

What the hell? Fictional my ass! They should put an advisory message up about the dangers of using anabolic steroids and roid rage!! Nuff said!!

Roid rage. What a cop out. The guy had homicidal tendencies. Put it on Benoit, not the roids. I don’t see Hogan killing anybody. Or Warrior, Sid, Barbarian, or any other roided out wrestler killing their families. And P.S. all of their on screen personas are fictional genius. If you think otherwise, well, they are good at what they do.

so NOW WWE is saying Benoit DID happen….but only in a “fake” sense? Eh, I’ll take it. Better than pretending he never happened.

    • The Dude Abides

I’m right there with you. I’d rather see a disclaimer attached to his footage than not see it at all.

We taking bets on if Warrior is in the Rumble?

  • johnny felix

Fictional my ass. The person and the actions were real. If anything they should put and advisory of the dangers of mental illness since his brain looked like swiss cheese and with concussion effects being very real they should have a number to call like they do with every PSA.

  • Tamala Hale

They’re better off not saying anything at all, if it only happens when Benoit is seen.
