WWE Taking A Look At Brisco, WWE Cracking Down On Streams

– Reigning Florida Championship Wrestling Tag Team Champion Wes Brisco was asked by WWE officials to be on hand for this week’s television events, starting with last night’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.

“He just got the call to go to the pay-per-view, Raw and Smackdown this week. I guess they’re going to take a look at him,” his father, WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco, told Greg Oliver of SLAM! Wrestling on Saturday. “Personally, I think he’s a little ways away. I don’t want to rush him. But if they want to take a look at him, great, take a look at him. He can learn a lot in those three days.”

— Paul Bearer noted on his Twitter account that he was in Miami, Florida for the Survivor Series. However, he did not appear during the pay-per-view broadcast.

— WWE issued several Digital Millennium Copyright Act notices to last week ordering them to shut down accounts on their Blogspot service that were planning to stream the Survivor Series pay-per-view. Approximately 20 accounts were shut down.
