– Adam Carriker sustained a torn quadriceps tendon very early in the Redskins loss to the St. Louis Rams and will need to undergo surgery to repair the damage. Carriker noted on an upcoming episode of 4th & Pain that he thought of Triple H after the injury occurred.
“I’m laying there on the turf at the Edward Jones Dome and there’s one thing going through my mind and it’s the image of Triple H tearing his quad tendon off his knee in the ring. Why I’m thinking about that, I don’t know… I think that’s because it’s exactly where I felt it in my leg.”
