The Undertaker was spotted alongside former WWE owner Vince McMahon at Super Bowl 2025, marking a rare public appearance for McMahon, who resigned from TKO Group Holdings following allegations of sex trafficking.
During an interview on Busted Open Radio, The Undertaker addressed his decision to attend the event with McMahon, acknowledging that it would likely draw criticism but standing by their long-standing friendship.
โI was his guest, yeah. Look, Iโm gonna get hate for that. People are like, โOh you guys were so close, you know what happened,โ Iโm like โI donโt know what hasnโt been done, we donโt talk about those things.โ But he is a friend of mine. First off, he gave me an opportunity to make something of my life and become something. Through the course of all of those years, we became friends. After my father passed away, he was a father figure, he was a brother, he was a mentor.โ
โI donโt know everything thatโs happened, whatโs gone on, and Iโm not the judge on this case. Thereโs only one judge, thatโs the man upstairs. Heโs gonna give us all whatever we deserve in the end, and thatโs what it is. I think people in glass houses shouldnโt throw stones โฆ I donโt have to agree with everything that people do, but it doesnโt change the fact that I love somebody, and Iโm friends with somebody.โ
