WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus appeared on Busted Open Radio, where she discussed various topics including celebrating her 25th anniversary in the wrestling business.
Stratus said, โIt doesnโt sink in that itโs been 25 years since I debutedโฆ If we hadnโt fought hard for the storylines and the longer matchesโฆ We may not have been in the place where weโre in now. We had to fight for that back then.โ
On talent pitching matches with her and Lita during her appearances over the last several years:
โMe and Lita were like โWhoah, weโve really made an impact.’โ
On how Saturdayโs WWE Elimination Chamber PLE will be the first time her kids get to watch her perform live:
โSo I had to sit down with the kids and be like, just to let you guys know, Iโm going to be super busy coming up. Iโm going to be traveling here, and Iโm going to be training and all these sort of things, and they got it, and theyโre like we get it, and it helps that they get it โฆ Rogers Centre is 60,000 people, its a stadium show for Elimination Chamber, so it is pretty huge to know the last time I was there was WrestleMania 18. So itโs really wild that theyโre going to feel that, theyโre going to be apart of it โฆ it could be the last time I ever perform in Toronto, and it is actually the first time theyโre going to see me wrestle live.โ
