AEW star and pro wrestling veteran Don Callis responded on Twitter (X) to a post by Dave Meltzer.
In his post, Meltzer compared NBA legend LeBron James to the late Hulk Hogan, arguing that Hogan didn’t actually “save” wrestling in the 1980s since the industry was already healthy during that time.
Callis commented that James is a “mark,” but he believes that Michael Jordan would be a perfect fit for the Don Callis Family.
Meltzer wrote, “LeBron didn’t save the NBA. He was the biggest drawing card for years, but you can’t save something that was very healthy previously.”
“LeBron is a mark. Jordan is DCF material…”
Callis retweeted it and wrote, “LeBron is a mark. Jordan is DCF material”
