During Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT, which served as the post-NXT Heatwave show, commentator Vic Joseph announced that former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Kendal Grey will be out of action for the foreseeable future due to vertigo issues.
Grey began experiencing equilibrium problems after her NXT Women’s Championship defense against Lola Vice on the August 4th episode of NXT Underground. She was subsequently thrown into an exposed turnbuckle during her loss to Kelani Jordan at NXT Heatwave.
There is currently no timeline for Grey’s return, but updates will be provided as they become available. Her NXT Women’s Championship reign lasted 63 days before she lost the title to Jordan.
