Backstage News On Ethan Page Leaving AEW

Although AEW is known for having a large roster of extremely skilled wrestlers, not all of them can be used because of a lack of airtime.

Ethan Page is no longer with the promotion, as fans discovered when his profile was removed from AEW’s website. In March of this year, he began accepting independent bookings, indicating that he was considering leaving the company.

Prior to joining AEW, he was a regular on Impact Wrestling TV, where he achieved success as a member of The North with Josh Alexander. He debuted for AEW as the surprise sixth entrant in the Face of the Revolution ladder match at the 2021 Revolution PPV event, alongside Scorpio Sky, Cody Rhodes, Penta El Zero Miedo, Lance Archer, and Max Caster.

Since then, he’s been paired with Scorpio Sky, and the tag team is managed by Dan Lambert. He had been primarily used on ROH shows in recent months.

Fightful reports Page had expressed his desire to leave AEW as early as February. Although he was scheduled for a ROH TV Title feud with Kyle Fletcher, things changed due to visa issues, which caused plans to be delayed.
