At the AEW Double or Nothing event from Las Vegas, Nevada, The Elite (Kenny Omega, Young Bucks, and Hangman Page) competed against The Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) in the Anarchy in the Arena Match.

There were many violent scenes in this match where they used various weapons and a lot of blood was shed. Konosuke Takeshita came out at the end to knee strike Omega, which allowed Yuta to pin Omega.

The Las Vegas Golden Knights game the night before DON prevented AEW from having as much preparation time as they did for their match at the T-Mobile Arena last year, according to Dave Meltzer in the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

They arrived the night before the match last year to scout the arena for inspiration, which they were unable to do this year. Additionally, a few concepts were rejected in advance.

Meltzer wrote, “In addition, the T Mobile Arena gave the company limitations for the match and a lot of ideas were shut down by the building because of things that happened in last year’s match.”
