WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts recently discussed various topics on his Snake Pit podcast, including the modern wrestling trend of stars taking high-impact bumps on the ring apron.
Roberts said, “Pretty f***ing stupid. My God, what are you doing that for?… Oh yeah, I have [flatbacked on the apron], but I don’t recommend it.”
On Goldberg:
“Flash in the pan, bro. He doesn’t want to be a wrestler and never did. [I saw] enough to knew I wouldn’t want to be in the ring with him… He had the look, man.”
