Jay Lethal Breaks Two Ring Of Honor Records, Top Independent Talent To Debut This Month

– Ring of Honor announced through ROHWrestling.com over the weekend that ROH World TV Champion Jay Lethal has set the record for the longest ROH World TV Championship reign, beating the record previously held by Matt Taven of 288 days. Lethal has also previously broken the record for most title defenses, having defended the ROH World TV Championship 22 times since winning it last April at ROH Supercard of Honor XIII in New Orleans, Louisiana.

– ROH announced today that on January 31st, during their Winter Warriors Tour live event from Dearborn, Michigan, CZW and Beyond Wrestling regular “Dirty Daddy” Chris Dickinson will make his debut against “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin. Dickinson hails from Staten Island, New York, and is often labeled a “larger Bryan Danielson” due to his technical wrestling ability but larger size. You can watch a clip of Dickinson almost inciting a riot during a promo, by clicking here, at a Beyond Wrestling show earlier this year.
