John Cena has joined the cast of the new Barbie film, which also includes America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman, Will Ferrell, and several other big Hollywood names.
The focus of the film, which is based on the well-known Barbie and Ken dolls from Mattel, is on Barbie leaving for the real world in search of happiness. John Cena is listed as a cast member in the trailer, but it is unknown what role he will play just yet. Ryan Gosling is going to play Ken, and Margot Robbie will play Barbie.
The trailer is available below. The movie opens in theaters on July 21.
