The term “Reign Of Terror” has been trademarked by AEW World Champion MJF.

On December 1st, Michael E. Dockins filed it for merchandising purposes on behalf of MJF. This is how it is described:

“Mark For: REIGN OF TERROR™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”

The phrase was used in reference to Triple H when MJF said that his Reign Of Terror had only just begun during last week’s AEW Dynamite promo. Later, he attacked William Regal in an effort to eliminate him from television because Regal is reportedly making a comeback with WWE.

The Reign of Terror was a past reference to Triple H’s time as WWE’s face in the early 2000s during the Ruthless Aggression Era. On Monday Night Raw, “The Game” was the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, with his heel stable, Evolution, assisting him in retaining the title on multiple occasions.
