For the second week in a row, a vignette aired on this week’s WWE Smackdown hyping up a mystery woman. “Carmella” ending up trending on Twitter with many fans believing the woman is her. Fans even pointed out a tattoo which would seemingly confirm that it’s Carmella in the video.
