Tony Khan has revealed several new additions to tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Just hours before the show, Khan announced that CMLL World Women’s Champion Persephone will team with Hikaru Shida to take on Thunder Rosa and TBS Champion Maya World.
The pairing follows Persephone and Shida’s win over World and Hyan on AEW Collision.
“Persephone and Hikaru Shida vs Maya World and Thunder Rosa. Persephone & Shida got the win vs TBS Champion Maya World & her partner Hyan on AEW Collision! Now, with her own grudge vs Persephone, Thunder Rosa will join Maya to fight Persephone/Shida TONIGHT!”
Khan also confirmed that Will Ospreay will appear on tonight’s broadcast — no further details on his involvement were given.
In addition, Kris Statlander will be in singles action against Viva Van.
Tonight’s AEW Dynamite airs from the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
