It would appear that Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne are going to be called up to the main roster of WWE NXT in the very near future.
The two stars are part of the Toxic Attraction faction, which also includes NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose.
In recent matches, Dolin and Jayne have participated on the main roster. They made their first appearance on SmackDown on the episode that aired on August 19, when they won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title tournament by defeating Natalya and Sonya Deville. They also participated in the tournament in place of Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark.
After this victory, they were removed from the competition because Dolin had sustained an injury during the tournament.
Dave Meltzer mentioned in the most recent issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there has been speculation regarding the possibility of Dolin and Jayne being pushed to the main roster for quite some time.
The former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions most recently competed on the episode of NXT that aired on Tuesday of this week, where they won their match against Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley.
