A new trailer for the upcoming wrestling documentary series that will debut on Vice TV next month has been released by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The Rock, Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia, and Seven Bucks Productions’ Bruan Gewirtz have joined forces with Evan Husney and Jason Eisener, the co-executive producers and co-creators of “Dark Side of the Ring,” to produce the new series “Tales from the Territories.”
The first episode of the show will air on October 4 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time. The following is what is included in the show’s official synopsis:
“The territory days were the time before wrestling expanded nationally, when different areas across the US and Canada, aka “Territories,” were areas dominated by unscrupulous bookers, rabid fans who fervently believed in their favorite characters and fearless wrestlers who blurred the lines between fiction and reality both inside and outside the ring.”
