On Tuesday’s episode of Inside The NBA, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith poked fun at Monty Brown, the “Alpha Male.”
By running over his opponent, the former WWE/TNA star made the Pounce move famous among die-hard fans. On the show, Smith hit Shaq with the move after Shaq declared war on Kenny.
O’Neal was praised for his performance on an episode of AEW Dynamite in March 2021, when he teamed with Jade Cargill to defeat Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet. He went through two tables on the floor during the game before being loaded into an ambulance.
Shaq previously appeared in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WWE WrestleMania 32 in 2016, where he faced off against The Big Show.
Although Shaq has hinted at a return to the ring, fans have yet to see it.
