Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon registered a company called โ€œ14TH & Iโ€ last year as a Holdings, Investment, and Management LLC.

According to Fightful.com, McMahon has filed an application to trademark what seems to be a logo for his new company with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This application falls under classifications related to private equity fund investment services, financial portfolio management, and entertainment production.

The trademarks were officially submitted on August 23, 2024. McMahon’s new company, โ€œ14TH & I,โ€ is described as a private investment firm focusing on the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. โ€œ14TH & Iโ€ aims to pursue both majority buyouts and selective minority investments, positioning itself as a long-term strategic partner. The company name appears to reference the historic location of Capitol Wrestling Corporationโ€™s headquarters, which was once led by McMahonโ€™s father, Vincent J. McMahon. This location is situated at the intersection of 14th and I Streets in Washington, D.C.
