Bobby Roode has replaced Kevin Owens in the second season of Mixed Match Challenge due to the former Universal Champion dealing with a knee injury. WWE issued the following:

After Kevin Owens suffered a knee injury at the hands of Bobby Lashley on Monday Night Raw, it has been reported on the WWE Mixed Match Challenge Facebook page that KO will now be replaced by Bobby Roode in the WWE MMC Season 2 competition. Roode will join forces with Natalya, as the newly recalibrated Team Paws attempts to notch their first WWE MMC win this Tuesday night against Lashley & Mickie James.

Having teamed with Charlotte Flair last season, The Glorious One is no stranger to the unique elements of the Mixed Match Challenge competition.
