WWE SmackDown Results – December 3, 2015

[Q1] A video package recapped some of the highlights of the Sheamus and Roman Reigns segments from Raw. As the show cut to the arena, we saw Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and The Usos already in the ring. Reigns asked the crowd if they are at the show with their family. Lots of cheers. Reigns says he was too, and he explained that the Usos were his closest cousins. He then turned to Ambrose, and said he has made enough memories with him in the last 5 years to fill 30. He called him him brother and they did a bro hug.

Reigns said that Sheamus would have been smart to keep this between them, but he decided to involve the Authority and The League of Nations. He claimed the League of Nations couldn’t help him at TLC, because he would have Sheamus one on one in a TLC match, and all he had to do was hit a spear and climb that ladder to take what was rightfully his. Reigns then said he didn’t want to take that long, and called out The League of Nations, who eventually walked out onto the ramp.

Sheamus said he enjoyed hearing about Reigns’ family and friends. He liked the positivity and joy. The crowd told Sheamus he looked stupid, and he responded by saying it’s impossible to look stupid as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Sheamus then claimed he was a big admirer of Reigns, and said he had a great night at Survivor Series. He said it might not have lasted more than 5:15, but who’s judging? He got a great T-Shirt out of it.

Reigns said he didn’t think anyone wanted to hear Sheamus tell jokes. He said he wanted to crack some heads instead. Sheamus told him that he was too intense, and said he had already talked to company officials and they had made a match between Roman Reigns’ crew and the League of Nations for tonight. New Day then interrupted and had some facts for Roman Reigns.

They said it took them longer to have Sheamus’ celebration than it did for him to lose the WWE Championship. They then called him Roman the Ruiner for crapping on their celebration. They then told Ambrose and The Usos that they had to earn the right to be Roman’s partners by facing The New Day later in the show. If they can’t defeat New Day, Roman would have to face The League of Nations by himself. New Day then laughed hysterically and it was more taxing than funny. Backstage, Summer Rae and Tyler Breeze were shown making their way to the ring….[c]

[Q2] Tyler Breeze made his entrance with Summer Rae. A picture in picture promo aired from Breeze where he complained about “the Uggo” Dolph Ziggler and said he was distracted on Monday when he lost. He claimed he would take his anger out on the Troll Doll Neville.

Breeze rolled to the outside to prevent Neville from executing the move. Summer grabbed Neville’s leg as he got back in the ring, and Breeze was able to hit a kick and the Unprettier for the win.

After the match, footage was shown of Charlotte as she took advantage of Becky Lynch on Monday. Backstage, Jojo interviewed Becky. Jojo asked about Charlotte, and Becky said Charlotte was still her best friend and she was trying to put it out of her mind. Brie and Alicia Fox walked up and called Becky gullible. Brie did the “Fool me once” bit, and Alicia said that the problem wasn’t Paige or Charlotte, maybe it was you. Charlotte walked up and told everybody to pipe down. She said Brie and Alicia just weren’t ready for a new generation of women to take them out, like she did to Brie’s sister. Brie told her it’s lonely at the top, and she should be prepared for that for when she falls back to earth. Charlotte told Becky she would be in her corner later tonight…and always….[c]

Brie Bella was already in the ring. Becky made her entrance with Charlotte.

2. Becky Lynch vs. Brie Bella: Becky hit a hip toss and a low dropkick early on. Brie fired back with a bulldog out of the corner for a two count. Brie went to a chin lock, and fought to her feet. She hit a clothesline and a kick, followed by a very nice exploder suplex for a two.

Becky went for the disarmer. Brie escaped but elbowed Charlotte in the process. Becky went for the Disarmer again and applied it, but Charlotte ran in and assaulted Brie which broke the hold and caused a DQ.

He also gave him a Santa’s little helper DVD, which Neville stared at with a disgusted look.

Lana and Rusev were interviewed by Renee Young. She introduced some footage of Lana’s injury from Monday. Lana said Ryback is a barbarian and pushed the stairs into her knee knowing it would hurt her. She said Ryback doesn’t know what to do with a woman like her. Rusev said he can always have another match, but he can never have another Lana. Rusev said next time he see’s Ryback, he will crush him. Lana said something in Russian and gave Rusev a kiss.

The Usos made their entrance, followed by Dean Ambrose.

3. The Usos and Dean Ambrose vs. New Day: Jimmy Uso and Xavier Woods started the match. Woods got pummeled early, with all three members of the babyface team making quick tags and stomping on him. [Q5] Xavier Woods tagged back in and hit dropkick and a applied a chinlock. He tagged Big E back in, and he missed a Big Splash to set up a tag out to Dean Ambrose. He came in and hit some chops and jabs, followed by a neckbreaker. Ambrose jumped to the outside and tossed Kofi and Xavier into the barricade. He then hit a rebound clothesline underneath the ropes on Big E and tossed him back into the ring.

Big E picked up Ambrose and set him crotch first on the top rope. Kofi then hit a top rope dropkick that dumped Ambrose out to the floor…[c]

Ambrose got a few shots in on Kofi Kingston, but couldn’t create enough space to make a tag. Xavier Woods tagged in and hit a knee to the face, and Big E followed up with a soccer kick to the ribs. Ambrose snuck in a few shots on Big E, but he grabbed Ambrose and hit a belly to belly suplex for a near fall. Ambrose ducked a clothesline and sent Big E to the floor. He tagged Kofi quickly, but Ambrose took him down and made a hot tag to Jimmy Uso.

Jimmy hit a back suplex. Kofi tried a run in, but Jey intercepted him. Jimmy hit another back suplex on Xavier, but Big E broke up the pin. Things broke down at this point and everybody but the legal men ended up on the outside. Jimmy Uso hit an enziguri and went to the top rope. Kofi Kingston woke up and pulled Jimmy down. He then hit a kick to the knee that Jimmy had been selling. This allowed Xavier Woods to hit a Shining Wizard on Jimmy and pick up the win.

New Day defeated The Usos and Dean Ambrose at 14:04.

[Q6] The announce team then plugged Roman Reigns vs. The League of Nations for the main event of the show. The Wyatt sounder played and they told the Dudley Boyz that they are here…[c]

He followed up with a headbutt from the top rope and got a two count. Bray hit Sister Abigail out of nowhere a few seconds later for the win.

Bray Wyatt defeated Devon at 3:01.

After the match, the Dudleys and Dreamer tried to assault the Wyatt Family with Kendo Sticks, but they Wyatt’s eventually took over. They choked out Bubba and put Dreamer through a table. They then posed over all three of them and Bray told everyone to follow the buzzards.

[Q7] The League of Nations all made their entrances separately. Backstage, Renee Young informed the babyfaces that certain officials had banned The Usos and Dean Ambrose from ringside…[c]

Roman Reigns made his entrance. The League of Nations waved him into the ring.

5. The League of Nations vs. Roman Reigns: Del Rio started the match with Roman, but neither man could gain an advantage. Rusev tagged and and the League of Nations had a strategy discussion, which led to Sheamus entering the match. Sheamus finally dragged Reigns over to the heel corner, and then they all took turns teeing off on him. King Barrett kept inserting himself into the action illegally, and that led to Charles Robinson kicking him off his team and sending him backstage…[c]

[Q8] Rusev was in control of the match and applied a chinlock. He then tossed Reigns out to the floor, where Sheamus and ADR took shots at him. Sheamus tagged into the match and tossed Reigns into the barricade on the outside. He then hit a high knee in the ring, and tagged Rusev back in. He hit a diving headbutt and got a near fall. The heel team continued to apply quick tags and use strikes and holds.

Reigns fired back on Rusev with a Samoan drop. Sheamus got dumped out to the floor and was out of the match. Rusev tagged in Del Rio, who missed an enziguri and ate a clothesline. Rusev decided to take a break, and Del Rio was by himself for the time being. Reigns fired up for the Superman Punch, and Rusev jumped in the ring to take it. ADR hit a backstabber and got a close near fall, and Del Rio called for the cross armbreaker.

Reigns avoided a cross armbreaker, and hit a spear. He covered, but Sheamus broke up the tag. Reigns hit a drive by in Rusev on the outside, and then hit Sheamus with a jumping clothesline. Reigns tossed Rusev into the timekeepers area and ADR over the announce table. The referee finished a 10 count as Reigns got back in the ring, and he got a count out victory.

After the match, King Barrett ran back down and distracted Reigns long enough for Sheamus to hit a Brogue Kick. The Usos and Ambrose ran down to even the odds and the heels scampered off. The announce team rattled off the nonsense that the League of Nations can’t help Sheamus at TLC, even though the match has No DQ’s.
