WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle was recently interviewed by the AtotheK podcast. Angle was asked how his knees are now that he has had double knee replacement surgery:

“I’m doing well. I will tell you this. It’s a long process. I was improving dramatically the first few months and I kind of hit a wall where my knees are sore all of the time. I’m not sure if this is going to last forever. I do rehab them every day. I don’t know if I’m overtraining them. I might be, might not be, but at this point in time, I’m doing really well. My legs are stronger now than they were before the surgery. So that’s a bonus.”

On if there is any discussion about ever doing a Kurt Angle movie:

“Well, I did a documentary, WWE backed it up, and ended up airing on A&E. I’m not sure. It’s going to be on Peacock this year. So I’m hoping that we can parlay that into a movie. That would be awesome. That’s my goal and that’s the goal of my producer. My story’s pretty good. You know, it’s a lot of ups and downs, a lot of mistakes made, and a lot of success. You know, I had a lot of tragedies occur in my life that I had to overcome. So I do believe that it could be a great movie, but we will see.”

Angle also revealed he pitched an idea for WrestleMania 39, click here to read his comments.
