Hulk Hogan Drops Sex Tape Lawsuit

Impact Wrestling General Manager Hulk Hogan just dropped his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker for leaking his sex tape online. Hulk sued the website last October for posting a minute-long clip of him doing the dirty with the wife of radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge. It’s unclear why Hulk dropped the case but according to the court docs, Hulk voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit “without prejudice” meaning he can refile if he wishes. As of now, the case is closed. In the funniest news story of the day, Gawker has responded to the $100 million lawsuit filed against them by Hulk Hogan. They allege that they didn’t hurt Hogan’s reputation by releasing portions of his sex tape because he had already done so. Florida Judge Denies Hulk Hogan’s Restraining Order

- Hulk Hogan was denied a temporary restraining order against, meaning the site can continue to run pieces of the sex tape they were sent that showed Hogan in bed with the wife of former friend Bubba the Love Sponge. TNA announced today that they will be adding a monthly “Championship Thursday” concept to Impact Wrestling starting with tomorrow’s episode.
