The WWE–TNA Wrestling partnership continues to evolve, with several WWE stars confirmed for appearances at this weekend’s TNA television tapings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
According to PWInsider, WWE NXT talents Arianna Grace and Fallon Henley have been spotted in Pittsburgh ahead of the tapings. Grace has been featured in recent storylines as a scout evaluating talent from other promotions, making her involvement in TNA a natural fit. Henley, a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion, brings more credibility and star power to the crossover effort.
In addition to the women’s division stars, Dark State—a new NXT faction consisting of Eddy Thorpe, Bronco Nima, and Lucien Price—is also expected to appear during the tapings. The group has been making waves in NXT and is poised to expand its presence through this inter-promotional collaboration.
Of course, the crossover would not be complete without the reigning TNA World Champion, Trick Williams. The NXT breakout star, who currently holds TNA’s top title, is advertised to compete at the Saturday night taping, continuing his dual-brand dominance.
This weekend’s tapings mark another chapter in the groundbreaking relationship between WWE and TNA, as both companies continue to blur brand lines and expand opportunities for their rosters.
