As reported by PWMania.com, AEW National Champion Andrade El Ídolo took to his Twitter (X) account on Sunday to share that he hasn’t been feeling well since Grand Slam Mexico. After participating in two MLP shows, he decided to see a doctor. El Ídolo mentioned that he will be out of action for a few days or weeks, but reassured fans that it is nothing serious.
Although some fans expressed concern about a potential injury, a report from Fightful Select confirmed that he is “fine.” It was also noted that this week was already scheduled as a week off for him, and he is expected to return to television the following week. Additionally, his feud with MJF and his appearance at All In: London are still on schedule.
El Ídolo is currently set to be the #1 competitor in the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In: London. The winner of this match will earn an AEW World Championship match. All In: London is scheduled for Sunday, August 30th, at Wembley Stadium in London, England, and will air live on PPV, HBO Max, and MyAEW internationally.
