Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) will host their 90th anniversary show on Sept. 16, 2023. The announcement was officially made via Twitter on June 18.

Dating back to 1933, CMLL is considered the oldest wrestling promotion still in operation. Though originally named Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (EMLL) the organization was re-branded in 1991 to Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre after splitting from the NWA.
The event will take place at Arena México in Mexico City at 5:00pm (CDMX). A firm date for when tickets go on sale has not yet been announced.
