WWE Hall of Famer Kane (Glenn Jacobs) is stepping back into the wrestling world for a rare independent wrestling appearance.
Northeast Wrestling has announced that “The Big Red Monster” will appear at their upcoming “Wrestling Under the Stars” event on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Niles, Ohio.
Since taking office as Mayor of Knox County in 2018, Jacobs has largely stayed away from the squared circle, making this appearance a must-see event for longtime fans. His last WWE appearance came at SummerSlam 2022, where he made a surprise cameo.
The stacked lineup for the July 19th show also features a blend of legendary and current stars, including:
– WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson
– AEW stars MVP and Shelton Benjamin
– Former WWE star Matt Riddle
– Maria Kanellis and Isla Dawn
Additionally, Swipe Right (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes), the reigning independent tag team champions and recent NXT appearances, are set to defend their gold at the event.
This special showcase blends legends and rising stars under the summer sky, and with Kane’s involvement, it’s sure to be one of the biggest independent events of the year.
