There is a strong internal push within WWE to move LA Knight from SmackDown to the Monday Night Raw roster, according to WrestleVotes.

According to the report, multiple individuals backstage believe Knight’s presence on the Netflix-broadcasted Raw would be a “refreshing change” and a boost for the red brand.

“According to those within the company, we are told more than a handful of people are advocating for LA Knight to be moved to the Raw brand in the near future, as his presence on Netflix could be viewed as something of a refreshing change,” WrestleVotes stated.

Despite being one of WWE’s most popular superstars, LA Knight has wrestled only two matches on Raw since signing with the company in February 2021 — once against Cody Rhodes in March 2023, and in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match versus Ivar in February 2024.

Knight has made brief appearances on Raw over the past two weeks, and this latest report indicates that momentum is building for him to become a regular presence on Monday nights.

As WWE prepares for its Netflix era, fans may soon see the “Megastar” bring his charisma and catchphrases to a brand-new stage.
