Earlier this week, wrestling veteran Konnan revealed on his podcast that The Undertaker had expressed interest in joining WWE’s creative team. Now, The Deadman himself has addressed the rumors in a new interview with Andrew Ravens, offering insight into his current thinking on the matter.

“Yeah, I’ve always kind of had an interest,” Undertaker admitted. “It’s just a matter of making it work with my schedule and the other things that I have going on. Because the ask for something like that is really big, and I would have to be 100% committed to be part of that, right? I mean, you have to be involved in all of these creative meetings and all of this other stuff.”

Undertaker also acknowledged that geography could play a role in making the idea a reality.

“If we can figure out a way to make that happen… obviously, [being] in Texas, you know, I would definitely entertain it,” he said. “And I’ll always, if there’s something that I could do to make our product better, help talent, then I’m on board for that.”

With WWE’s creative direction continuing to evolve under the TKO regime, Undertaker’s legendary experience and locker room respect could prove to be a valuable asset if he decides to step behind the scenes.
