Renee Paquette says Jay White has the chance to become AEW World Champion and says a lot has been going on over the past several months. She addresses the person in the devil mask and asks White if he’s worried that they’ll get involved in the match. White says that’s the million dollar question but he’s focused on living up to the E in AEW. He tells MJF to bring his friends who helped him attack White to Full Gear because he’s bringing Bullet Club Gold and says he won’t even make it to their AEW World Title match once The Gunns take care of him on the Full Gear Pre Show.
Paquette asks what the Switchblade Era looks like if things go his way, and White corrects her. He says when things go his way everyone will get more of what they loved. He says he’ll sleep a little sweeter at night when he proves to be better than MJF.
MJF appears out of nowhere and blindsides him looking to steal back the AEW World Title. He sends his face bouncing off some nearby equipment and looks to stomp his face but White ducks out of the way. Juice Robinson attacks him from behind and continues beating him down in the same room the interview was conducted in when White enters the room MJF throws a flatscreen television at him as Robinson lays on the floor in agony.
White runs into the ring looking to get away from MJF but MJF is hot on his heels. He fires off right hands on him and Austin Gunn looks to help White out. MJF immediately takes him down and fires off right hands then does the same to Colten Gunn when he tries to do what his brother did. MJF spots his AEW World Title and grabs it to reclaim it then looks to hit White with it. The Gunns blindside him before he can, and White joins in. The Gunns & White look to grab MJF’s AEW World Title once again and White does so. He orders The Gunns to hold MJF in place so he can hit him with the AEW World Title but before he can, Samoa Joe’s music hits and he runs down to the ring to even the odds. Bullet Club Gold is forced to retreat with MJF’s AEW World Title in hand. He stares down MJF in the corner and offers him his hand as a means of offering to be his partner tomorrow night on the Full Gear Pre Show. MJF shakes it also agreeing to grant him a future AEW World Title match in the process should he retain his AEW World Title.
