AEW Star Files Trademark Application For Nickname

Ricky Starks has secured the trademark rights to his nickname.

Starks rose through the ranks of the NWA before joining AEW in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, where he became a member of Team Taz before branching out to forge his own identity.

Starks is now a prominent star in AEW as an uppercard to main event talent. He and Big Bill currently hold the AEW Tag Team Titles. They won the titles after defeating FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) on the October 7th episode of Collision.

On November 29th, the AEW star registered the term ‘Absolute’ with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). It was made on behalf of Michael E. Dockins’ Dream Palace LLC by Michael E. Dockins.
